Chapter 22
Binar sculpting. A red rose that was now right in front of his eyes invited the cheers of the other students. The dilemma between having to take the rose or ignoring it. A minute later, his knee felt numb.
' Oh, Mister. Why so reckless!' inner Binar. He floated his whole gaze sweeping every corner of the room filled with the gazes of everyone.
" The rose is for you, congratulations on such an amazing speech" Alden continued. Following the rumbling of applause that re-echoed. The athletic man smiled, looking at the pale face of the girl in the high school uniform who looked petrified like an archa sculpture.
" Receive!"
" Receive!
Some students shouted, asking Binar to quickly take a red rose that was now right in front of his eyes. With all the courage that he managed to muster in a few minutes, Binar squeezed his fingers for a moment, breaking the doubts that were still fighting in the heart. Confidently, he slowly extended his right hand that felt cold as a lump of ice, grabbed the red rose from the Young Master's fingers and grasped it tightly.
" Thank you, sir."
Binar lowered his head, avoiding any glances that were fixed on him. Alden then smiled as he turned his steps toward the place where he had sat before.
" A pretty bold action," Bu Andine looked bright, looking at the Son who was wearing his suit back.
" I appreciate his speech," Alden replied casually. Secretary Han held back a smile, even though he had almost laughed at Kanakan's childish behavior that had just happened.
" I thought you were going to propose to him today" Secretary Han raised his eyebrows while folding both hands to his chest. Alden looked at the Secretary annoyed.
" Saving your voice will invite the suspicion of others" Alden whispered later. The Secretary laughed. He had not expected the cold man beside him to have melted so quickly. Looks like the wound a few years ago was healed in the hands of the 16-year-old student.
" It's really not good at keeping secrets!" grumble Alden again. The secretary only scowled, revealing a row of white teeth that made Alden even more upset. But even so, he still continued to look at Binar who was in front there. The long-haired teenager looked timid, especially when his classmates started to swarm, teasing him incessantly.
Binar took a deep breath, trying to calm her heartbeat that was beating faster than usual. Her cheeks turned red when her friends again teased her, flattering her with various compliments that made her not realize that Arumi had not been next to her since.
" You guys seen Arumi?" Binar looked at the faces of his friends one by one but still did not find the teenager with the shoulder-haired.
" I don't know but I saw her crying" said one of the students.
" Crying?" Binar hastily leaves the crowd of his friends, looking for the whereabouts of Arumi who disappeared without saying a word.
Binar down the classroom corridor, staring at every park bench he passed, hoping there was Arumi there but unfortunately, his good classmate was not seen anywhere. He approached some students he had met and asked Arumi whereabouts but no one saw the girl.
" Where is Arumi?" Binar who was getting tired then stopped and sat on one of the park benches that were not so far from him. He looked at each student who was coming out of the room where the race was held, looking at their faces one by one, one by one, listening to the roar of praise from the students while accompanying Sang Ceo and the colleagues from the company left the race room. Binar looked at the man fixedly, once again that he had to admit Alden was indeed so dazzling, so dazzling.
Binar smiled, looking at the red rose that was now in his hand.
" sir .... Master is so good to me," he later wrote.
Staring at the Man for too long makes Binar almost forget that he has not found Arumi. He then hurriedly left the park bench and traced the corridor, looking for Arumi into the classroom, to the UKS room and to the parking lot. But strangely, his best friend was found nowhere.
" Search Who?"
A security approached Binar who looked wild while wiping the sweat that began to fall.
" Oh, I'm looking for Arumi, do you know where she is?" ask Binar.
" It's not that Arumi has gone home first, he said he was a little unwell," explained the Security again. Binar. Arumi doesn't usually leave without saying goodbye first.
He said goodbye and went back to class. The classroom atmosphere is a little quiet, some students prefer to be in the cafeteria. Today and tomorrow indeed teaching and learning activities are deliberately canceled because of the competition activities. Actually, it's okay if you have to go home but considering that the bell for school has not been rung, Binar feels reluctant to go home first.
Still wondering with Arumi's slightly unusual demeanor, the clattering of one's steps was heard approaching the classroom door. Binar stood up from his seat. Slide the chair for a moment and step closer to the source of the sound.
" Sir Han, why did you come here?" Binar was shocked by the arrival of the black-clothed man who appeared suddenly.
" Mister asked me to drive Miss home," Secretary Han then smiled looking at the innocent face in front of him.
" To the house?" Search Binar.
" yes. Mr. Alden left school. He is very busy and will likely be in the apartment in the afternoon" said the man again. Binar breathed a sigh of relief. Finally, he could immediately meet the Mother who would have been waiting for him at Home. He then stepped up, trailing the tall body that was right in front of him.
Binar left school when the race was over. The Secretary was driving casually, splitting the streets that were starting to get crowded. The sound of vehicle horns seemed to be mutually shaken, deafening.
Traveling for about half an hour, Binar finally arrived home. The mother who was waiting seemed to welcome the arrival of her daughter so happily. Bu Widia also invited Secretary Han to enter but the man actually refused on the grounds there are many affairs that must be as soon as he takes care of.
" You didn't come home with Arumi?" Ms. Widia put rice on the plate while Binar was still washing her hands in the sink.
" No, Ma. Arumi came home in a hurry. He did not even say goodbye to me," Binar said as he stepped towards the dining table.
" Really?" ask Bu Widia later.
" Yes, Mom. Security says he's not well" Binar replied again.
" Yes, later ask the situation when finished lunch," Bu Widia added more vegetables on a white ceramic plate that was in front of Binar.

A white car stopped not so far from the grounds of Rumah Bu Widia. The rainbow that was sweeping the terrace had to stop its activities for a moment, staring at someone who slowly opened the car door and stepped out.
" Arumi ..," Binar then put down his broom, hurriedly approached Arumi who was walking towards him.
" Hi ...," Arumi said hello. His face was not as bright as usual, his eyes and nose looked red, like they had been crying for quite a while.
" You go anywhere, Why go home without saying goodbye first," Binar then took his classmate and invited him to sit not on the porch.
" I'm a little unwell, my head is dizzy" Arumi replied briefly. He opened the branded bag that was perched in his hand. Issuing a blue colored parcel patterned with the favorite cartoon of Binar.
" I forgot to give it to you," Arumi handed the parcel over with a smile.
" For me? From whom?" Binar grabbed the parcel hesitantly and observed it.
" From Mr. Arya. Mr. Arya is proud of you" Arumi added.
" Oh so yeah. Oh yes, I called you many times but your phone is off, you worry me," Binar bent his face, making Arumi chuckle.
" My phone broke, but I just bought a new one. Keep calling me at my usual number." Arumi shows the latest phone that he is holding.
While both were still joking, the Secretary's car actually arrived and stopped not so far from Arumi's car.
" It's like you picked someone up?" Arumi looked at the man who was lowering the windshield in front of her. Binar took a deep breath.
" I have to work, maybe I'll go home after tomorrow" Binar looked at the cold man ahead. Stare at the man's steps until he completely stopped in front of them.
" Mister asked me to pick you up, miss." Mr. Han smiled. Arumi threw away her face. Get up from his seat and say goodbye to go home. Binar stared at it with an uncertain feeling.
" Be careful with Mom first" Mr. Han asked. Binar then stood up, swinging his steps lazily to say goodbye to the Mother who was making Tea.
" I'm going to work, Mom," Binar kissed the woman's hand in reverence.
" Don't drink tea first?" take Miss Widia. Binar shook his head as he left the kitchen followed by the Mother from behind.
After saying goodbye, the two got into the car. Binar waved for a moment, looking at the woman who had given birth to him fixed until it began to disappear covered in trees.
" You always make me wait a long time?" Alden started commenting when Binar had just arrived at his apartment.
" The streets are slightly jammed, Master," Binar stared at the figure hesitantly. The incident earlier this afternoon suddenly made him flutter.
" Um okay. As usual, make me a warm cappucino and accompany me to sit on the balcony," pinta Alden indifferently, he then closed the laptop that was in front of him. Looking at the Binar who started to disappear behind the door.
" His face looked not so happy, Does the rose I gave her mean nothing to her?" Alden folded his arms around his chest, and went to the balcony.
As usual, if it is not blocked by cloudiness, the sky will be reddened in the afternoon. A very beautiful view, almost forgotten by the busy routine.
After waiting for a few minutes, Binar appeared and stood beside Alden after putting a glass of warm cappucino on a small table not so far away from him. He thought for a moment, whether since when on this balcony there is a long sofa and a table. Usually there is no.
" Sir, why do you like to stand on the balcony this afternoon?" binar asked, he repeatedly had to tidy up his long hair that was blown by the wind.
" Memory to the ex!" Alden chuckled, noticing the instantly changing look on Binar's face.
" First love is hard to forget" said Binar.
" I see you're carrying a parcel, from whom?" ask Alden.
" From Mr. Arya," replied Binar.
" Huh! You met?" Alden stared, probed and grabbed the parcel that was in the grasp of Binar.
" Mister what the hell?" Binar again snatched the parcel. The bag changed hands many times.
" Mister is jealous!" Binar. Alden then gulped, his throat suddenly felt barren.
" Jealous where?" Alden prestige and seemed to not accept what the high school student alleged.
" Mister's been sitting with a beautiful woman all day, but I'm normal!" The young girl's comment again.
" Beautiful woman?? You mean Mommy?" Alden stared back.
" Don't get me wrong, the woman you're referring to is Mommy" Alden added.
" Mommy? Master looks fierce but it turns out Mommy's son!" gerutu Binar again.
" What!"
Alden was suddenly at a loss for words. He then grabbed a glass of warm Cappucino on the table and sipped it without remaining. He even thought he would swallow the drink with his glasses.
" It's really emotional!"
