It's been a long time since Hanna saw Grace in the hospital. He thought Grace had quit there, but what he thought was wrong.
This morning Grace returned to Horison Hospital. He shared several invitations for his closest co-workers, including Hanna.
“I think you've quit,” Hanna said as she flipped through the invitation.
“No, I just asked Doctor Steve for permission to take care of my wedding.”
Grace doesn't want to tell her about her personal problems, especially to Hanna who she now believes isn't her best friend. He now only considers Hanna as a coworker.
“Enak one of your lives. Work does not work no problem, enter not even at will,” said Hanna.
“Sorry if you think of me that way. But take it easy, I will stop working here,” said Grace who did not want to start a commotion with Hanna.
“Really? Wow, really good news.”
Grace smiled, totally unexpected co-worker whom she considered as her best friend could now turn 180 degrees.
“Alright then, I will start my practice hours. You can go out first, Han.”
Hanna is upset about feeling kicked out by Grace. Stripping his foot, he walked out of the room. Even his face could not deceive people, it seemed that he was angry.
“Do you guys see me like that?!” Hanna said in annoyance and instantly passed. He contacted Laura through his cell phone.

Gregory's wedding preparations with Grace have reached 80%. There was not much they needed to do because the Alexander family had prepared everything, as well as the Horison Family. Steve always stops by Alexander's residence to help Chris and make sure everything goes on schedule.
“It looks like we should have dinner together to unwind,” said Steve teasing Chris.
“Come! How about we go to the cafe where we used to hang out?” ask Chris.
“It looks like you can read my mind,” said Steve chuckling.
“We leave then,” after Chris says goodbye to Maria, He immediately leaves with Steve in 1 car. On the way, they reminisce about some events when they were young and laugh at their own stupidity.
Upon arrival at the cafe, they sit in chairs where they used to sit. They laughed back remembering.
However, Steve's ears seemed to catch an unusual conversation. He knitted his eyebrows together and sighed slowly. He then signaled Chris to be quiet. He pulled out his phone and recorded all the talk.

On a bulletin board at Horison Hospital, there was an announcement that there would be a special event this year where the process leveled up from a regular general practitioner to a specialist. They will get tuition for free, even all accommodation will be provided.
Hanna smiled when she saw him. He was very sure that he would get it.
“Look at Lau, I'll make things easier. You have to help me,” Hanna told Laura.
“Alright, but remember the payment. I want 2 times.”
“Of course.”
“I want you to transfer half of it first because I have to pay some of my credit card installments,” Laura said.
Hanna pulled out her phone and sent money to Laura, “already! Remember I don't want failure.”
“Take it easy. I make sure you will transfer the rest quickly,” Laura smiled thinly then immediately went towards the division where she worked and concocted some medicine. Laura is not a pharmacist, she only helps hand over to the patient's family those medications that are appropriate to the prescription. But this time he acted like a pharmacist. Before he was suspected, he immediately took the medicines he needed and put them in a small plastic.
Laura went to the kitchen. He made a warm tea and mixed the medicine he had mashed into it. He called an OB and said that Grace had made tea and left him.
The OB brought tea to Grace's room, “Good morning, Doc. Here's the tea.”
“Ahhh thanks,” Laura uses tea because she knew from Hanna that Grace likes to drink tea in the morning. So it won't raise any suspicion if an OB brings it.
Grace went on to read some of the patients' health reports. Soon he had to go around for a routine visit. Grace stood up and headed towards the sofa where the teacup she had placed. He lifted it up and drank it.
“Honey!” gregory shouted as he entered the room, leaving Grace shocked and spilling the tea he had just picked up.
“Ya spilled,” says Grace.
“M-forgive me. I accidentally,” Gregory said as he clenched his palms together. Grace approached him and hugged him.
“I'm not angry, but instead I want to drink your tea.”
“Alright, no problem. I'll make it later,” Grace leaves the empty teacup on the table after she finishes cleaning the spilled tea water.
Grace brought some patient health reports to get around. Laura who noticed the movements of Gregory and Grace who had left the room, immediately peeked into Grace's practice room. At the sight of the teacup being empty, a smile rose on Laura's face.
He sends a message to Hanna that he has finished his duties, now he asks Hanna to continue.

Grace's head is a little dizzy. He knew he had not filled his stomach with anything. He did not even drink hot tea as was his habit every day.
“Are you okay?” gregory asked as she looked at Grace's condition.
“My head is dizzy. I haven't had breakfast at all.”
Gregory told Grace to go back to the room. Unbeknownst to him, Doctor Steve and several hospital officials were already there.
“Dok?”
“Uncle?”
Gregory and Grace were shocked by everything there, “What's up?”
“You got a report that you took morphine,” said one of the hospital officials, making Grace hold her chest in shock.
“That's not true!” gregory said loudly. She knew Grace would never consume it.
Grace who looked a little pale tried to hold onto Gregory.
“We will do some tests on you and if it is true that we have morphine in your body, then we will have to dismiss you with disrespect and close your doctor certificate.”
“Check, I don't use it!” grace said with confidence.
All the hospital officials and Doctor Steve came out of the room. Gregory helped Grace to break down on the couch.
“Rest first, I will come back and bring you breakfast,” Gregory who has different sensibilities, began to feel strange with the arrival of Uncle Steve and the hospital officials. He reached into his pants pocket and picked up the bag of evidence that had always been there. He looked around Grace's room but nothing was suspicious. He picked up the last cup of tea held by Grace, as well as the glass containing mineral water on the table.
