Chapter 4

When the time was right at 8 pm, Kineta was still standing staring at a luxurious house owned by his father with doubt, Kineta felt unsure to meet someone who would later become his stepmother. That is why after one week of his arrival to Indonesia he prefers to stay in his tantenya apartment, lucky his father was traveling business out of town so he was free from his monitoring.

Kineta hates new people in his life, he also hates the word love. She has not believed in love since her parents divorced, which is why Kineta rejected Argion's love statement 10 years ago, she did not believe in love, if it is true that there is love in this world why both parents must separate.

Kineta presses her doorbell hesitantly but is also ready, it's her choice to live with her father in Indonesia.

“astaga Kineta? finally you come too baby!”

A beautiful woman of the same age as her mother hugged her warmly and smiled happily at her presence.

“Neta! come on in, your dad's probably gonna be home late tonight. So you better rest first”

Kineta this time was able to bring back her shock, and followed her stepmother from behind in silence. This was too shocking for him and made his head slightly dizzy with the many thoughts filling his head.

“if you want to rest immediately, your room is on the second floor. Nothing has changed! it's just that mama already marked it by hanging your name engraving on the door as a gift for your return. Hope you like it or you want to eat first?”

“no! I'm not hungry. I mean, I just want to rest. Good night aunty”ucap Kineta is fast who starts to feel uncomfortable as Rahayu continues to position her mama's call for her.

He began to step up his legs to climb the circular staircase in the middle room.

“it seems, Neta is not used to calling me mama” muttered so slowly that Kineta did not hear it, Rahayu looked at the back of Kineta who was climbing the stairs with a sad look.

Kineta made her foot limp up the circular and long steps of the stairs. His mind was still fixated on the new reality he knew today. The Argion he had just met back after 10 years turned out to be his half-brother.

Oh God! Kineta wanted to shout in his heart. The Blue Ocean Argion was his half-brother and he only learned that fact today, but why would the man behave as if he did not know him if they were stepbrothers at this time.

So is the man's change in nature because of this? That man doesn't approve of Kineta's father's marriage to his mother? Again these thoughts made Kineta's head become more dizzy.

“ini is impossible. Why should tente ayu? Why does fate have to change this terrible way?”deny Kineta is tired of herself. His father had only told him that he had remarried to someone Kineta knew, but he never thought it was Ayu's daughter-in-law.

Kineta immediately reached into her mobile phone and immediately dialed an overseas call number. He needs his mother's explanation, so far his mother never said if the woman who married his father was about Ayu who used to be so familiar with his mother.

"Well, let's have breakfast first" Rahayu interrupted her husband and stepdaughter from the dinner table.

"Sorry! but Neta can not take breakfast together, today is the first day to enter the office and Neta does not want to be late because the place is quite far away. Neta will have breakfast at the office only" Kineta said quickly before Rahayu was about to gently pull her hand.

"work? you've got a job" asked Mario, staring at his daughter in surprise.

"i'm sorry I didn't tell you this before, Neta got a job offer at one of the architect companies here. Later Neta tell me more”

“Then let Pak Kusno drive you” Ayu who from earlier heard the talk of his father and stepdaughter offered KIneta to be escorted by their personal driver.

“no need” reject Kineta quickly. “maaf actually Neta already booked a taxi and is waiting outside” Neta know the face of father and aunt Ayu look disappointed with her refusal. But he doesn't want to depend on anyone right now. Even for now all he wanted was to leave immediately.

“then Neta left first" before saying that Kineta took the time to kiss the hands of his father and stepmother.

No matter how long Kineta lived in a foreign country, his manners as an Indonesian would never be lost in his memory of honoring his parents. And he greatly appreciated every custom in his life.

His crying last night was enough to make Kineta breastplate over the marriage relationship of father and aunt Ayu and lucky he was a little shrewd in making up so that he could cover his eyes.

Now what he might face is the fact that he and Argion are half-brothers and he will ask for an explanation for all of this!
