Afternoon, hours - - - - -

----- - Journey eastward to the demi-human continent (forest area) -------

"Ahhhh, tired."

This is my first adventure in the world, and I don't think it's as easy as I thought. And now I am sitting under a tall and large tree in the forest.

"Hi-chan, are you okay?"

"Y-yes, I'm fine, I'm just a little tired." 

That's obvious. Because ever since I walked to the demi-human continent in the east, on every trip I always get in trouble, either meet a herd of demon animals, fight creepy monsters, or, and also pursued by****giant forest. And obviously it makes me very tired.

"In this one day there's been a lot going on, about this run out, what else is going to happen to me?" my thinking.

Suddenly.

"Hi-chan, did you hear that voice?"

I don't know what Rin heard, and I certainly didn't hear any sound. "I didn't hear anything, what did you hear?"

"I heard. (silent for a moment) That. The sound of crying (going)"

"Where are you Rin?!"

Rin hurriedly ran towards that direction, and to be sure, I didn't hear any sound. I followed her because I was worried something might happen to her.

It got closer and I could hear it. The sound came from a bush that was quite far from where I rested earlier. 

Rin unsuspectingly approached the origin of the sound, and he looked towards the bush from which the cry came. "Hi-chan, this is. (look towards the direction behind the bush)"

I saw what was behind the bush."That's right, baby!!! (surprised) How could he be in a place like this."

Rin finds the baby behind the bush, and for sure it's not a human baby, because the baby has a tail and ears that look like wolves or, you could say, the baby is a half-human (semi-human) baby. 

Rin unhesitatingly took the baby and then carried it. "R-Rin what are you doing?!! (panicked)" I don't know why that demi-human baby could be in this forest. But for sure, I think it's a trap, after all, why would a baby be left in a forest alone, and that makes me suspicious enough.

The demi-human baby cries stopped. "Nee Hi-chan, can I take care of this baby?"

"Yahoooo!!!!!! A-a-what are you saying?!!!" I was quite surprised to hear Rin say that.

"Wouldn't I feel sorry to see this baby in this very dangerous forest alone, if anything happens to this baby how?" 

"But-" Rin cut out my words.

"Already, if you don't want to take care of this baby together, let me take care of it myself. (dejected)"

"Alright, it's up to you. (resign)" After hearing that, I can only give up, because I don't want Rin to be upset with me.

"Still. (smile)"

"Let's continue on our way."

"Yes." Yeah."

I continued to travel to the demi-human continent, and in the middle of the journey Rin also seemed quite happy because he had gotten what he wanted. 

"*-*-*-t-t-wait dulauuuu!!!! If it's like this, Rin and I will be parents." I thought.

The sun began to set and the cold began to fall. "It looks like we're gonna have to spend the night here, because the day's going down, and it's going to be very dangerous if we continue on this journey."

Suddenly the demi-human baby that Rin was carrying was crying. "What's Rin?"

"I don't know, all of a sudden this baby is crying. (panicked)"

I saw the baby. "Hm... Looks like he's hungry."

"Hungry? Well then, we should feed him. (panic)"

I don't know why Rin looks so sweet when she panics. "Hi-chan, don't shut up, let's help me."

"Ehh, ah. Alright."

"But I have to find food where, after all, I don't know which food to eat and which food to eat" I thought.

"Rin, we better continue on the way."

 Rin asked the same as I asked the god Sha just now. "Have, don't ask too many questions, you better follow me."

I then walked over and did not listen to what Rin wanted to say to me.

And just as the god Sha said, there was an inn in this forest and the baby Rin was holding seemed to have stopped crying. "We're resting here for the night."

Rin still seemed to be in disbelief at what he had seen.

"Welcome, sir. Can we help you?" 

2 demi-human girls dressed as a waiter greeted us quite kindly. "I want to book a room for last night."

"alright, sir. You can come with me."

"All right."

Rin and I followed one of the demi-human servants.

And after a while, we arrived at a room in this inn. "This is your room, sir."

I opened the room, and I saw two neatly arranged beds. I think this inn is quite simple, because there is only one candle on the table right in the middle of the mattress as a lighting tool and nothing else.

"Thank you."

"Together, sir. The cost to stay here last night was 50 silver coins."

"Wooow, very expensive" I thought

Yes, considering that I always get something at a fairly cheap price, I was quite surprised after hearing the cost of staying overnight here. 

"This. (give coins)" (Rin)

Rin gave the servant 50 silver coins. "Thank you, madam. Excuse me first. (go)"

I don't know where Rin got the coin from, and if you remember, I don't feel like Rin has a coin at all.

"Let's go Hi-chan we're in."

"All right."

And I'm still wondering where Rin got the coin.

I went into the room, and the baby Rin gave me back.

"Hi-chan, she's fighting again. (panicked)"

It seemed like she had fallen asleep, and since she was awake, the baby that Rin was holding was crying again.

"Well, we should have asked the waiter for food for this baby."

"Then Hi-chan asked the waiter."

"Ehh?!!"

"Will Hi-chan change positions with me?"

"No, I'll ask for it."

I refused, of course I refused. Because I haven't dealt with a baby in my entire life, and if given a choice like this, I'd rather turn it down, because, I think it would be quite troublesome for me.

I came out of the room and went to where the servants were.

The two servants saw me, it was natural, because I called them. "What's up, mister?" (one of the servants)

"Can I have some food?"

"Of course, sir. I'll get it right away. (Go)"

One of the servants left. 

"You can wait in your room, sir. We'll deliver it soon."

"All right." I was told to go back to my room, and I came back.

I opened the door to the room.

Rin then looked at me. "Hi-chan, did you get any food?"

"Said the waiter, I was told to go back to the room and they'd take the food to the room."

"But did you tell me that food is for babies?"

"Wahhhh, I don't think I said that food was for babies!!! (panicked)" I thought.

"Ehh, ah."

"Why Hi-chan?"

"Sorry, I'll be back again.(go)" Because I made a mistake, I decided to go back to the waiter to ask for baby food.

I went back to the waiter and the waiter seemed to have prepared a meal ready to be delivered to my room. With a heavy heart I said. "Sorry, the food I asked for was actually baby food."

"Oh, like that. All right, then I'll wait in the room."

"Alright, sir. (smile)"

And I went back to the room, and in my heart I felt quite ashamed of what I had just done. "Ha. (sighs)"

I got to the front door, I opened the door.

I went into the room, and I saw Rin still holding the baby she found, and it looked like the baby was still crying.

"How's Hi-chan? Did you get it?"

"Once, they'll deliver the food soon."

"Excuse me, sir." (servant)

The waiter came in and put some of the food he brought on the table in the room I was in. And after the servant put all the food he brought on the table and did not forget he also put a plate of porridge for baby food, he then left without asking for coins for his meal payment. Yes, considering that the cost of staying here is very expensive, and if food should also be bought I think it is a scam.

The waiter put enough food on the table, and I think it's too much for me to eat with Rin and I think the baby Rin is holding can only eat the porridge that the waiter has prepared.

Rin immediately took the porridge on the table and immediately fed the baby he was holding.

The baby held by Rin had stopped crying and it seemed that the baby was full, because the porridge that had been provided by the servant was finished. And Rin didn't seem to be eating even the slightest bit of food on the table.

Somehow Rin really cares about the baby he just found, but he does not know the origin of the baby, and it could be that the baby will be a source of new problems in the future.

And after Rin finished eating, he then slept together with the baby he put on one of the beds. Soon Rin fell asleep quickly, considering that it was quite late and this afternoon during the trip we also had some problems, it's natural that Rin looks exhausted and plus now he takes care of a baby.

"I'd better get some sleep, too, because tomorrow's my trip is still long and I have to rest enough."

I also slept in an empty bed.

I opened my eyes slowly, and began to wake up from my deep sleep. I then looked around the room, and I still saw Rin who was still fast asleep in her bed along with the baby who was right next to her.

I couldn't bear to use it, so I let Rin wake up by herself. 

I then rushed down and intended to wash my face, so that it would be fresher.

While I was at the exit of the inn, I saw a waiter sweeping in front of the inn, and I decided to take up the shelter. "Is there a bathroom in this room?"

And the waiter replied with a pretty surprising answer. "Sorry, sir. This inn doesn't provide a bathroom."

"So, where am I supposed to wash my face, if there's no bathroom in this inn?"

"If so, you need not worry, sir. Somewhat far behind this inn was a river flowing directly from the spring. You can use the water in that river for your purposes."

"Ah, so. Alright."

I then walked towards the back of the inn to head to the river behind this guest.

Behind this inn, there were only trees and I was a little suspicious that there was a river in this area, I also saw a fairly small path and I followed the path, who knows it was a path to the river said by the servant.

I heard the sound of water flowing quite profusely, and I approached the origin of the sound.

And it is true what the servant said, that behind this inn was a river. And without further ado I immediately took the hot water and washed it directly into my face. "Whaa!!!! (shivering) D-Cold!!!!!" The river water was very cold, yes, if you remember the waiter said that the river water came directly from the spring, so no wonder that the river water feels very cold.

After I finished washing my face, I walked back to the inn.

I got to the back of the inn, and I walked to the front of the inn to re-enter the inn. 

When I was in front of the inn, I didn't see the waiter, and maybe because the job was done he went back inside. Then I went straight into the inn.

I walked straight to the room, and when I was at the door.

"Ohhh!!!" (??)

I heard a screaming voice from inside the room which I assumed was Rin's voice. Then I opened the door.

Kreeekk. (door opens)

I saw Rin wearing a towel and it looked like she had just finished her bath. Rin looked at me. "Dayakaakkk!!! Don't!!!" (By) 

A large enough wood suddenly appeared inside the room and flew rapidly flying towards me, I guess it was Rin's magic and he did it without doing any magic chanting like people do. 

Inevitably, I quickly closed the door of the room and immediately ran to save myself.

"Ha, ha, ha. (gasps) W-what was that? What happened to Rin? (confused)" I don't know why Rin is like that. But for sure, what just happened was terrible.

Since I thought things were a bit safe, I decided to go back to the room.

I opened the door slowly, and began to see the situation in the room. 

I saw Rin holding a baby, and Rin saw me. "What's Hi-chan?" 

I don't know what happened to Rin, he seemed to be unaware of what he was going to do to me earlier and behaved as usual. "T-nothing."

I slowly went into the room. "Hi-chan's.."

"Y-yes, what's wrong? (stretched)"

"Fine, now we set out to continue his journey."

"All right."

"In that case, I'll wait outside." After saying that, Rin left.

I decided to forget about it, and assumed it never happened.

I took both of my swords as I always put them under my bed. And after that, I came out of the room and went straight to Rin who was waiting for me outside the inn.

As I wanted to get out of the inn, the 2 maids who were sweeping inside the inn looked at me. "You're leaving, sir?" (one of the servants)

"Ah, yes, I want to continue my journey to the demi-human continent."

"Then, may your journey be pleasant, sir. (smiling)"

I then rushed out of the inn.

I was confused as to why Rin could use magic without chanting it, and I decided to put it on Sha. "Hello, god Sha.."

Then it's true, the magic you cast will become stronger, but that's because you believe that if you cast magic, then the magic you use will be stronger.
