Waiting for the Certainty of a National Service

I miss brother

Three months Mely and Frans were in a long distance relationship or commonly heard with the term LDR.

Every day they make video calls in the morning or at night. Such activities are already things that cannot be left behind.

This morning Frans will be traveling out of town to drop off his boss. Before leaving he took the time to inform Mely by making a video call.

"Assalamualaikum deck" said Frans while tidying his clothes

"Walaikumsalam, brother is ready yes. What time is it, how long is it there?" ask Mely

"But soon my brother left the deck, there he was only two weeks. You're fine, don't be naughty wait brother come home later we meet" explained Frans

"Yes well, titi dj ya abangkuh" said Mely with a smile

"What is dj?" ask Frans before hanging up

"Be careful on the road abangkuh, already ah I will also go to school" said Mely while hanging up the phone

Frans left town to take his boss. After arriving, Frans wanted to give news to Mely but there was a secluded place so there was no signal.

Mely from this afternoon after school started to get nervous because there was no message or phone coming from her lover.

Finally he decided to leave the house and did not know why he wanted to look at the sky.

A week passed and there was no news from Frans.

Mely is convinced that Frans is fine and she always takes the time to send a message every day even though the message she sent was no reply from her lover.

"What are you doing okay there? I really miss it" said Mely, who stared at Frans' face on her phone screen.

Not feeling Mely shed her tears, she cried because she missed the presence of her lover who had not heard from her for one week.

While crying suddenly his phone rang and made Mely smile, it turned out that was calling Fransisko his lover.

"Hello, assalamualaikum brother" said Mely

"Walaikumsalam, sorry dear brother just had time to give news. Here there is no signal, this is also my brother must walk first five kilometers from where my brother stayed" Frans explained his current situation.

"Yes brother, adek ngerti ko. Is your brother okay?" Mely who asked in a stammering tone

"Alhamdulilah, brother here is fine. Why is it crying?" asked Frans who heard Mely's voice as if she had cried

"Adek misses brother" said Mely and her cries returned
