Kana had just woken up from her long slumber the next night, so she fell asleep 2 days and 1 night.

For vampires like us it's commonplace because we don't really need to eat, so sleeping for a week is common.

She is now awake but still lying on her bed.

Kana: "Ouch" /holding his head/ "My head is dizzy."

Kana: "Darling, can I catch you in Korea the day after tomorrow?"
