Because of Kei's defeat to Kana's father. Kei has not yet met Kana's mother to propose to Kana. Kei had to think of another better solution.

Kei decides to help Kana find Kana's sister.

Kei has returned to the UK with Kana to meet Karin.

Kana was forced to stay at Kei's house again. He felt Kei's house was the safest place.

Cana: "We're leaving now?"

Kei: "Yes. But before that, kiss my cheek first."

Kana: /directly kiss Kei cheek because he can't wait to meet Karin/

Kei: /directly grab Kana's lips and kiss her softly for a moment/ "Ok. Now we're ready to go."
