"Where...where is this?". Veronika muttered as she opened her eyes slowly and found the darkness around her.

"Why is it dark when I have opened my eyes wide..".

"Dark.. Is anyone here? someone please light a candle..". He shouted as he groped his footing and tried to stand up.

"Hello.. Lena's.. Lucy..you heard me".

"What is this. Why is it so dark. I don't know where to go..". Mumbled.

Veronika stepped slowly without direction in the darkness, suddenly from a distance, a beam of bright light was seen in the darkness that enveloped Veronika.

Without a second thought, Veronika stepped into the light without knowing what was waiting for her there. From the ignorance Veronika looked faintly at the light and found someone who was sitting relaxed while holding a candle in his hand.

"Who is there.. Brian's? is that you..". Veronika said curiously while guessing.

"Who are you. and where is this..". Continue again as he approached the man who had been silent.

Veronika stood right in front of the person, hoping that the person would help her out of the situation she was in. A little scared, Veronika ventured to approach that person who looked a little creepy.

"Hey.I asked who you are. And where this is, are you mute..". Said Veronika who was getting upset because that person did not respond to her at all.

"This is your attitude as princess.." The man's heart was paused by staring cynically at Veronika.

Veronika was surprised by the answer made by the strange person, she began to feel that there was something strange about this place, slowly Veronika walked back from before the person while returning her cynical gaze that seemed to be pouncing on her.

"Why do you stay away. Don't you want to know where this is..". He said as he got out of his chair and slowly approached Veronika.

"Akk. ti. don't need..". Veronika said stammering while holding her ear that began to hurt.

"Hmm. are you in pain..". The reply was to swallow Veronika's hands from both ears.

"Ti. akkk..". Ringis Veronika closed her eyes and tried to endure the pain.

"You'll be better off after I suck your blood..". His reply drew closer as his hand slowly touched Veronika's neck.

"No. stay away from me..". Veronika snapped in surprise as she pushed the person with all her might as she felt the chill from the person's hand.

"This man, how can his hands be ice cold..". Inner Veronika was astonished as she walked backwards wanting to dodge.

"Or you'd rather suck my blood..". His reply thrust his right hand in front of Veronika.

"No. Get your filthy hands off me..". Repulsed Veronika again while she brushed off the man's hand while walking backwards without direction in the darkness.

"Do you still want to run away from your destiny..". Said the person to which Veronika was shocked and stopped her steps.

"I? I am your life..". His reply was proud of his crafty smile as he slowly approached Veronika.

"What.what do you mean..". Veronika.

The man stood right in front of Veronika and slowly touched Veronika's arm then slowly climbed up to touch Veronika's neck which made her tempted. Veronika was stiff, hypnotized and unable to move her body. He saw, The man began to show fangs from the corners of his lips and slowly approached Veronika's neck.

Surprised, Veronika tried to resist, in silence she shouted, her mouth seemed to be silent could not move so much with her tongue that felt stiff. The man's fangs drew closer to Veronika's neck. Once again Veronika tried to fight with the pain that was still felt in her ears.

"Akkk. vampire..he's a vampire. I don't want to die here. Somebody help me. stay away from me..". Inner Veronika screamed as she closed her eyes as she began to feel the breath of the man that was increasingly hitting the skin of her neck.

"Stay away from me. don't get shabby don't bite me..". He continued shouting while clenching his hands and closing his eyes.

"Notk..". Shouted Veronika while sitting from her bed that shocked Lucy and Lena.

"Mr. Princess, you're already aware of whether anyone is sick..". Said Lena frantically approaching Veronika and followed Lucy beside her.

"I. huf..huf.vampire.he..". Veronika panicked as she set her breath and grabbed her neck feeling that her blood had been sucked by the vampire.

"Your princess is fine.your ears still hurt..". Ask Lucy who was previously aware of the ringing from Veronika.

From outside the door, Rames and Brian were talking about Veronika's health with the royal court physician who was none other than the Lancer healer.

"Didn't you see anyone here. vampire.. vampire.. I'm sure he's a vampire.. he showed his fangs to my neck. he wanted to bite me..". Said Veronika who was still panicking while observing the room that felt a little foreign to her.

"Your princess is calm. Don't think about anything else. There are no vampires here. you only have bad dreams..". Said Lena while holding Veronika trying to calm her down and helped Lucy who clasped tightly into two slightly trembling Veronika hands.

"But he's really gonna suck my blood..". The reply that was still afraid while responding to Lena's embrace tightly.

"Mr. Princess, calm down.we are here with you. you will be fine..". Reply Lucy comforting.

"Don't leave me. I'm afraid..". Said Veronika who was still trembling in fear.

The door opened, the figures of Brian and Rames approached in a slight panic.

"Vero. You're already aware. are you okay..". Rames asked as after sitting on her soft flat field as her hands gently stroked her daughter's hair.
