Sakura

In the early morning hours of Tokyo time we were here, in Chidorigafuchi which is on the northwest side of the emperor's palace which is the most popular Hanami spot. There are about 200 Sakura trees in bloom.

Nina and Hans did not want to miss the moment to see this cherry blossom by taking a photo of Sakura flowers against the background of the stone walls of Edo Castle, now the Imperial Palace. In Chidorigafuchi Park, located between Chidorigafusi on the west side of the Imperial Palace and the British Embassy, there are about 170 Sakura trees.

Hans and Nina also walked around the castle and enjoyed the beautiful cherry blossoms, although Nina stiffly embraced Hans's left arm and walked in tandem.
