The door was opened by the doctor who treated Karen. David and Ronald walked over to the doctor.

" Doctor what about my wife's womb?" david asked without asking his wife.

David took a glass that already had a straw and given by Karen, Karen drank it until leaving half a glass. After drinking David put the glass back.

" Is anyone sick?" david asked, looking at his wife's beautiful face.

" There's no honey only I want to." said Karen hanging up her sentence.

" Want what?" asked David curiously.

" I want to eat honey-made roasted macaroni" said Karen, closing her eyes in fear of not being filled by her husband.

" Good baby, I'll make it special for you" David said as he stroked his wife's hair gently.

" Thank you honey." Karen replied as she opened her eyes and smiled looking at her husband's handsome face.

David just smiled and stood up leaving Karen alone in the VVIP treatment room. Karen stared at her husband's back and disappeared behind the door.

" Honey, I'll keep our son even if the stakes are my life. Maybe with my death can make the hatred for my family decrease" said Karen in a soft tone.

" Mommy's child, if mommy doesn't you love daddy yeah baby because daddy loves you so much. Mommy will record all the moments mommy and Daddy so you can see it if you grow up" said Karen while stroking her stomach is still flat.

When Karen closed her eyes, she overheard her best friend's conversation with her husband, and Dr. Clarissa left the treatment room.

The door of the treatment room opened with David carrying a tray containing 4 cups of roasted macaroni and walking towards his wife. David saw his wife still asleep and then looked at the roasted macaroni which was still hot then put it on the table near his wife's bed.

The fragrant smell of roasted macaroni made Karen open her eyes and look at her husband's handsome face with a smile.

" Honey, the smell of roasted macaroni makes me hungry" Karen said

"Love, may my dear love" replied David.

David takes 1 roasted macaroni and feeds Karen while blowing it off as it is still hot. One spoonful after another David feeds Karen to the end. David put it on the table then took a glass filled with mineral water. After drinking, David put the glass back.

" Want some more honey" Karen replied with a smile

David again feed Karen until it runs out to produce 3 cups of roasted macaroni exhausted at Karen's meal.

" It's the last roasted macaroni you ate huh?" pinta David with the 4th roasted macaroni.

" Honey I'm full. Does honey eat it?" asked Karen in a soft tone.

" Don't you love this?" david said, putting it back.

" Honey's not eating?" ask Karen.

" I'm not hungry to eat it later if I'm hungry" David said

Karen just nodded her head in understanding. David smiled as he stroked Karen's flat stomach and then kissed her stomach.

" So bad daddy is strong huh? don't make mommy tired" David said

" Good daddy." replied Karen imitating the voice of a child.

David smiled at his wife.

" Now go to sleep again to get well, I will continue my work" David said as he tidied up Karen's blanket.

Karen just smiled and began to close her eyes while David sat on the sofa while continuing his office work through his laptop.
