Fresh blood comes out of Karen's stomach making Karen's mouth bleed without David's knowledge because Karen hugs her very tightly.

" Maybe with my death you can be satisfied. Take care of yourself honey may honey always be happy." said Karen Lirih while closing her eyes withstanding the pain.

Slowly Karen let go of her embrace and fell over but David's hand held her back. David pushes Karen's body slowly so David can see Karen, his eyes perfectly rounded because David sees Karen's mouth spitting out fresh blood.

" What do you mean Karen!!" snapped David

" I'm tired of honey I want to sleep" said Karen trying to smile in a soft tone.

After saying the last sentence Karen was unconscious.

" Hey get up. get up.." said David while shaking - shake Karen's shoulders with two hands David.

David's body felt wet and the smell of blood smelled by him made David's eyes directed to Karen's stomach that was already wet because of the fresh blood that did not stop coming out.

David immediately carried Karen bridal style and opened the door to his room to get out as Ronald exited the car door.

" We're going to the hospital" David said

" Good sir." replied Ronald while opening the car door to get out and turn his body then opened the car door for David to sit in the back seat of the driver and then closed it again. Ronald turned his body back and opened the car door and sat in the driver's seat then closed the car door again.

David drove the car at high speed to get to the nearest hospital. Up to 20 minutes of travel they have arrived at the hospital. David immediately opened his car door and got out while holding Karen bridal style.

" Sister..sister!!! " shouted David

The sisters bring a gurney and David lowers Karen's cold body. Two sisters push the gurney towards the ER room.

"Sorry you got here" said the nurse kindly.

David was silent only to see the gurney where Karen was lying in the push in the ugd room until it went inside to coincide with Ronald's arrival.

" Mister why don't you just let Miss Karen die" Ronald asked

" What do you mean Ronald!" snapped David

" Aren't Miss Karen hurt by Mr David?" ask Ronald

" No, he hugged me when I held the knife" David said without sin.

" What exactly happened?" asked Ronald curiously

David also told everything without anything being covered about today's events while the events of last night David did not tell him. Ronald remained silent without comment.

" Mister it seems Miss Karen is very tired that's why Miss Karen did it that way. Sir does master continue to torture him?" ask Ronald

" Maybe it might not" replied David

" He must live at any cost. Ronald get me my change of clothes" said David

" Good sir." replied Ronald

David is waiting for Karen in the ER room.

In Different Places Federick was in the hospital to see Sandra's doctor because two days were contacted inactive. Federick met with Clarisa's doctor and Federick walked up to Clarissa's doctor.

" Doctor Clarissa where's your best friend?" federick asked, staring intently

" I don't know" Clarissa said in a nonchalant tone as she walked away from Federick.

" I have some important news about your best friend Karen. Tell me where Sandra is?" ask Federick

" I'm not interested" said Dr. Clarissa, walking away from Federick.

" It's about your best friend's dead life" Federick said in a serious tone.

Doctor Clarissa's heart skipped a beat, her move away from Federick made her stop her steps. Dr. Clarissa immediately turned her back and walked towards Federick.

" What do you mean my best friend's life and death?" ask Dr. Clarissa for a little bit of curiosity.

" If your best friend Karen gets pregnant, she can bleed and give birth, then Karen will die" Federick said

" How could you lie, right?" ask Dr. Clarissa not to believe it.

" Why am I lying, now tell me where your best friend Sandra is?" ask Federick.

" Why see my best friend?"ask Dr. Clarissa to answer questions.

" There's something I want to tell him" Federick said

" My best friend is out of town and doesn't want to be bothered by your presence" Clarissa said.

" Why doesn't Sandra want to see me?" ask Federick.

" Remember what you said to my best friend." said Dr. Clarissa.

" On my best friend Karen, is there a cure?" ask Dr. Clarissa
