The sound of Merry's slap so echoed broke the silence of the night. Red patches began to appear on the surface of Reynard's face which indeed has sensitive skin.

Reynard momentarily fell silent as he held onto his cheek which was hit by Merry's slap.

"How dare you slap me". Said Reynard's grin.

.

" What do you want then? Punishing me, like you did to my father?. Justdoit. I've never been afraid of you". Merry replied very firmly.

.

"So you think it's all my fault for what happened to your father?. What about justice for my father's death?. Say!!". Erang Reynard gripped both of Merry's arms firmly.

.

"Take me off!". Merry cried without the slightest fear. Makes Reynard not budge still gripping Merry.

.

" I said Let go of my hand ". Merry Imbuh.

.

Unexpectedly Mario who arrived there immediately pulled Reynard and hit him until Reynard fell on the ground.

.

" How dare you hurt him!". Said Mario filled with anger.

.

Then Mario approached Merry, looked at him carefully and hugged him.

.

"Are you okay?". Whisper Mario, and in a nod Merry without saying. for a moment Merry returned Mario's embrace and drowned his face in Mario's chest.

.

Without them noticing, Reynard got up, rubbing the tip of his lips that slightly spit out fresh blood with one of his fingers. A grin reappeared on his face.

.

Reynard pulls Mario and retaliates with the same punch. Until finally they are now the same as hitting each other like children who are fighting over something.

.

"Stop, what are you doing!!". Merry cried but not responded by both. Merry then tried to separate Mario and Reynard, but he fell because of the movement of two men who were stronger than him.

.

Asolf, who easily tracked Reynard's whereabouts with GPS attached to the car being driven by Reynard, has now arrived. He immediately ordered the burly men who came with him to separate the two men who were wrestling.

"Take me off!!. Let me beat him up". Reynard said he ruled but was completely reluctant to be obeyed by his men.

.

"I said let me go. Or I'll fire you". Reynard's orders again, which remain ignored by the man.

Merry approached Mario who was already full of bruises on some parts of his face.Could say Reynard with a muscular posture, certainly can beat Mario by a landslide if Asolf is not immediately there.

" Uncle Asolf, please quickly get him out of here". Merry's words were echoed by Asolf. Asolf immediately ordered his men to bring Reynard into the car.

Asolf and his men immediately took Reynard away from the place. While Merry, he then brought Mario into his house to treat some wounds that were lodged in his face.

.

" aauws. Please slow down, it's quite painful". Mario said as Merry treated himself..

.

"Mistake yourself, why did you come and hit him?". Merry.

.

"Do I have to shut up to see him hurt you?. So it's my own fault?". Pissed Mario.

.

"You mean it's all my fault?. That so?". Grunts Merry.

.

"Not so, you should be happy that I defended you earlier. Not angry like this. But why is he here? have you known that guy before?". Ask Mario.

.

"Yes I know him, he is the successor to DANKER grub where my father once worked. Didn't my father ever tell you". Answer Merry flat.

.

" Are you sure that's the only thing you know him about?". Mario.

.

After hearing Mario's question, Merry suddenly stopped his activities. He put back the P3K box that was used to treat Mario.

.

"Didn't you leave here?. Then why are you back?". Merry asked as if changing the topic of their previous conversation.

.

" It seems my guess is right. There must be something with them". Mario muttered in his heart.

.

" So your phone was left in the car, I came here to return it. Let me take it first". Mario moved from his seat to pick up Merry's phone which was still in the car.

.

"Let me take it. You'd better just go home, 'cause it's night". Merry.

.

" Alright ". Mario.
