Real Reason

After a long time harboring this feeling, Keenan finally could no longer hold back what was in his heart. He is now honest with Bianca about his feelings for loving others, although he has not been able to reveal who the woman is.

"No, that's not possible with Rail. Who's the lady? If you really loved another woman a long time ago, then why did you choose to date me?" Ask Bianca who doesn't accept it.

"Yes, I have a patient now. But you don't bother me at all. If you need to, I'll be done soon, too" said James.

Soon Nadine sent Farel a message asking him to meet her today at lunchtime.

Until the anticipated time has arrived, where during the day Nadine and Farel meet at a restaurant for lunch together and talk about their relationship.

"I'm sorry if my words offended you Farel. But there's something important I want to tell you" Nadine said.

"What's important?" Ask Farel.

"I want us to end our relationship here" Nadine said.

"But why? Have I made such a fatal mistake that you no longer want to be in a relationship with me?" Ask Farel.

"It's not that Rel, you didn't make any mistakes at all. I just don't want to hurt you too deeply anymore, I can't help but feel this way to say that until now I haven't loved you Farel at all. Honestly there is a little bit of my liking and admiration for you, because you are so kind, loving, you always care about me. I've tried to learn to love you wholeheartedly, but in reality I can't. And honestly, there are actually other people that I have loved for a long time" said Nadine who finally dared to reveal the truth. Just like what Keenan had told Bianca.

"What's? So you've loved someone else all along? But why did you accept my love that day" said Farel.
