Trapped in a Sacred Prison

Trapped in a Sacred Prison
CHAPTER 55

Ulfi's heart began to beat rapidly, as he felt a kiss from Ammar on his forehead that felt so warm. His eyes were even closed when he felt the turmoil of love and longing deeply for the figure of the man before him.

Slowly he opened his eyes, and found the handsome face of Ammar who smiled at him, plus his gaze so shady, increasingly making Ulli feel comfortable being near him.

"Good night, rest, you must be tired after helping your friends clean up earlier," said Ammar then gently pulled the hand of Ulli to their room to rest.

Without replying, Ulli followed Ammar's steps towards the room. Both of them immediately lay on the same mattress with their heart beating uncontrollably, making them momentarily silent with a gaze that pointed to the ceiling of the room.

"Ulfy, I intend to hold a reception for our wedding, what do you think?" ammar asked, making Ulli immediately turn to the man.

Ulfi's lips were attracted to form a beautiful arch on her face. Of course he wants, living a married life that people do not know often makes them difficult, especially when remembering the incident in Cairo one year ago. Fortunately, God was still helping them at that time, otherwise they might have both been sent to the police station.

"I want to, Hubby," Ulli answered enthusiastically, making the man turn to her.

"Where do you want the prescription to be, honey?" ammar asked with a warm smile to Uldi.

"Here it may be, in Jakarta it may be, too" he replied.

"Well, both of you, what?" tawar Ammar's.

"Didn't that cost a lot?" ask Ulfi.

Although the parents of Ulfi are people, and Uelfi is accustomed to living with a jungle of treasure, but since living in the pesantren, he has learned a lot about the meaning of frugality. In fact he learned to manage his finances so as not to just go out uncontrollably like before, and that's all he learned from his roommate.

Especially after marriage, Uelfi realized that he could no longer rely on his parents, because Ammar as husband had taken over the responsibility. And as far as he knows, Ammar is a young ustadz whose income he certainly can not compare with the income of his parents.

"Just calm down if it's a problem, honey. Do you think your husband is unemployed?" search Ammar.

"No, Hubby. I mean, Hubby just got back from Cairo and during that time Hubby didn't work" Ulli's great-grandson spoke a little carefully so that the man next to him wouldn't be offended.

However, instead of answering, Ammar smiled and rose from his sleep. He picked up a tab that he had been hiding and had never seen in Ulfi.

Ulfi who saw the flat and wide object immediately rose with a curious look on his face.

"Come here, I want to show you something" said Ammar, pulling Ulli's hand to sit next to him.

The man so nimbly opened a folder featuring a restaurant name and its profile.

"Why look at the restaurant, Hubby?" ask the girl confused.

"This is my business, honey. This restaurant provides Indonesian food as well as Middle Eastern specialties. Alhamdulillah, it has been running for 5 years in City M and now it has a branch in the city where Sarah, that's why yesterday I immediately stopped there to monitor its development," explained Ammar.

Ullis was shocked to hear the facts about her husband. "Hubby seriously?" Ammar asked Ulli's question.

"But why didn't Hubby ever tell me?"

"You never did" Ammar replied, laughing softly.

"Geez, Hubby, I think Hubby's just teaching here, he's going to Cairo for a scholarship, so as long as Hubby's there, I tried to learn to save money even though the money Hubby sent was always more," Ulli's story, making Ammar more and more stifled laughter.

"It's wrong to be frugal when you have more money?" ask Ammar.

"Yes not really," he replied while grinning.

"Honey, thank you for trying to learn frugally, even though you are from family, you never protest with the money I give you no matter how much it is, you also never demand anything from me." Ammar stopped his words for a moment.

"To be honest, I used to want to keep everything from you because I wanted to see your reaction if your pocket money wasn't as much as it used to be, and I'm so proud that you never protested, even though you'll ask if your money runs out." Ammar laughed at the end of his sentence.

"I'm sorry for being dishonest in the first place" he said at length.

"It's okay, Hubby, sleep yuk, sleepy nih," asked Ulli and in a nod to Ammar.

They began to fall asleep in the beautiful, silent, cold star-studded night.

A few days passed, after holding a reception at the boarding school, it was now their reception in Jakarta. And all of Ulfi's old school friends were invited to the event, including Boy.

This is the second wedding reception for Ammar and Ulli. However, Ammar was always amazed at the beauty of his wife who looked more mature.

The two were currently preparing inside their room which was in a luxurious hotel. After the MUA completed their duties, Ibu Hana invited the King and Queen couple that day to go to the guarantee because the invited guests had attended.

Like the King and Queen in a fairyland, Ulli and Ammar walked into the vast room hand in hand. All eyes are on them.

While walking, Ammar accidentally saw Boy who was staring at Uldi with admiration, of course it made Ammar feel comfortable.

Honey, why did you invite Boy to attend our show?" ammar asked to confirm when the two of them had sat on the lap.

"Yes, Hubby. All my old High School friends were invited here" he replied a little quietly.

"Yes but there's no need to invite Boy, right?" the man's protest was a complete dislike of the man who once harmed his wife.

"Afwan, Hubby, I was just inviting thoroughly, not personally, so I couldn't sort it out" he tweeted, then a sound of chatter from the man, a sign that he didn't like Boy's presence.

Now comes the time for friends from the old school of Ulfi who went to the village to congratulate them.

"Hello Ulli, congratulations, Beib. How did you guys marry Siri first anyway new reception kayak gini? Is it okay for your husband not able to make a fancy event like this? search one of Ulli's friends.

"Ho'o, or maybe you're the second wife?" timpal is another Ulli friend.

And there are many more sharp questions that are asked for Ulli, Ammar who heard it was really sick of it. Unlike the Ullis who chose to answer all those questions with a smile.

Until Boy's turn with his friend who had been rejected Ulli.

"Ulfi, I heard from our friends that your husband can't afford your wedding reception? so you guys can just have that reception now? That's why if you choose the guy who is like us, but twisted coy," said Boy so confident.

Ullis who heard it laughed. "What are you proud of? Even if my husband was just a food vendor I would still be proud of him for giving me a living from his own hard-earned goods, not like you guys who rely only on old people but are arrogant," his answer struck the hearts of some of the men who were there, making Boy clench his hands firmly.

He approached Ammar and whispered nearby.

"Ulfi is mine and will forever be mine, I will make sure to take back what is mine." Boy smiled smirk at Ammar and left, while Ammar had hardened his jaw and clenched his hand.
