Chapter 92 - The War Begins
Yun Shuang came back with a plan and after some time everyone was fully prepared to fight. Their madness echoed and Qin Chen along with Xia Ning left early towards the Gong Lie and Kuang Shi Families.
The command would be held by Yun Shuang and Chu Lian, while the medics would be owned by Qing Yue within Qin Chen's world. Qin Chen and Xia Ning would not intervene at the beginning and their only goal was to fight Emperor Ding Yue.
The center of the Gong Family City was currently besieged by the many Experts, obviously this made many people panic but Yun Shuang immediately eased it with his words.
"We are the Rebel Army.We are just looking for justice and what we want is the Gong Family. For those who are allied with the Gong Family then there is only death, but if all of you are silent and obedient then I guarantee none of you will get any losses." Yun Shuang waved his hand and gave the order to attack.
Long Teng and the other experts were impatient to start the fight, they advanced at full speed and headed for the Gong Family residence. The rest who had yet to break through their Saint Levels were only eyeing a few small fish.
"Which bastard dares to attack the Imperial Family, are you not afraid if the Emperor intervenes !" Shouted one of the Men who was none other than the Great Elder of the Gong Family.
About twenty Saint Level Early Stage Experts came out and 3 of them were at the Saint Level Late Stage including Great Elders, yet Long Teng did not care at all. Their numbers were superior and he would attack them along with Subordinate Xia Ning.
"Your emperor is just trash including yourself !" Long Teng threw a Spear as powerful as his power and a huge Fire Dragon formed.
The three Elders hurriedly activated the Protective Array, a fierce clash accompanied by a heat wave destroying the two simultaneously. A fight was impossible to avoid and a huge explosive rumble spread out.
Everyone rushed to run for safety, a wave of fighting broke out in the middle of the City and staying was tantamount to seeking death.
In just a matter of hours all of them were successfully killed, the Rebel Force had five Saint Level Late Stage Experts and there was no chance of winning for the Gong Family. Long Teng pierced the chest of the Great Elder and his spear was bathed in blood.
"Duty done.. unfortunately there is no Leader of them, what should we do Madam to deal with this situation ?" Long Teng and the others asked waiting for Yun Shuang's orders.
"Take all their possessions and we do the cleaning. Chu Lian and the others must be done as well, their Leader might be beside the Emperor and we should hurry to my Husband's place." Yun Shuang said firmly.
Yun Shuang had already given his orders and everyone rushed to loot their treasures, as for the other Families related to the Gong Family all did not escape annihilation. In war there was no need for sympathy, Yun Shuang would not spare his enemies and would complete his plan for the sake of victory.
On the other hand Chu Lian had also attacked the Kuang Shi Family mercilessly, a great chaos ensued engulfing the City yet Kun Shan and his Race members massacred many of the people of the Kuang Shi Family.
Emperor Ding Yue who received this news was displeased and Aura killed him exploded, "Immediately prepare the troops.we will start a counterattack against all of them, you know, whether it was Qin Chen or Xia Ning they all had to die in the hands of this Emperor !"
The four Emperor Subordinates immediately went and carried out the order, all of the Troops were withdrawn and although their combat power was drastically reduced as the Kang and Gong Families were destroyed yet they still had many elites ready to fight.
Qin Chen waited in a large place, where he sat on a cliff together with Xia Ning. Previously he had gone through a small war and now he had to do the same, he said, to him there was nothing different at all considering his only one goal was to kill Emperor Ding Yue and end the War quickly.
"Are you scared ?" Qin Chen asked as he held Xia Ning's hand.
Xia Ning leaned against Qin Chen's shoulder and nodded, "I'm afraid if something bad happens to you."
"So is the law of the world very cruel and to get the peace that I dream of war must be done. Since the Emperor did not accept the strong presence on him, it is certain that in the future we will clash with each other, this war is not just revenge but for freedom." Qin Chen said his intentions.
"What does this man expect ?" Xia Ning asked curiously.
"After feeling the power to be honest I've gone crazy to pursue strength, the sense of determining our own destiny is a good thing. But what I want most is to live a peaceful life with my little family, for that reason I want more power." Qin Chen said honestly.
