Chapter 5 - Heroes From Other Worlds

Morning in a room.

"Yinya...!"

As usual, I wake up in the morning with the sun rising.

"Ehh... This where?"

I remember last night in the horse-drawn carriage. I was a little scared and worried, but they seemed to be treating me well.

I slept like a noble. This room is big, twice as big as the cost of my previous place. There is a closet with two doors and a large work desk. This bed is also amazing, soft, warm and comfortable.

"Tock... Geck... Geck! Excuse me, are you awake?"

A man's voice knocked on the door. Formally speaking, it seemed like a servant.

A man in a neat uniform who looked like a hotel clerk with a bow tie came into my room. Seen he was carrying a trolley containing food, followed by his partner from behind who also brought a trolley but containing clothes, like for me.

Only that word can come out of my mouth.

"Good morning sir... It's breakfast for master, the best meal in the palace, please enjoy."

"Gee... It smells delicious."

"And this is the dress for you to wear at the welcoming ceremony later."

"Huh? Welcoming ceremony? For me?"

From the words of the servant, I can assure you that this kingdom has called me into this world. And the search quest for strangers yesterday added to my confidence. But, if it is true why am I not directly in this palace? Something not right?

"In two hours the knights will be here to take you to the palace hall...."

They immediately left me alone in this room with many questions in my mind.

The knights have come, the well-dressed me straight out of the room. I walked through the hallway made of bricks, it looked ancient, but it was very classy.

From the hallway I glanced out the window, and the incredible sight left me speechless.

I saw a city with a neatly arranged house. Sturdy and large walls surround the city, adding to the strong impression of the country.

Looking at the antique big door, the knights who were escorting me rushed forward and opened it.

"God... What kind of atmosphere is this, I'm so nervous."

In the palace hall already many people had gathered. Knights with full armor were already lined up neatly. And behind him were people dressed luxuriously, like the nobles of this land.

I could only walk straight while occasionally looking around.

A man with a crown on his head stood up and began to speak. It seems like an important person in this country.

"My name is Arthur Whiteblood and I'm the ruler who rules this land. Come closer and introduce yourself, Hero of the Other World."

"My name is Kaysa Soesanto, 17, and a student.

The king nodded without saying anything. He's not interested in my life and he's talking straight to the point.

"I'll tell you what the situation is and why you're here."

It's a short story, but I understand what really happened.

"Yes my... It turned out that according to my guess, that's why I was called, there must be something."

So here's the short story :

The world is in a time of peace. However, ten years ago a powerful enemy emerged from the south and quickly destroyed the kingdoms there. It is true that this kingdom and its allies can withstand the attack on the middle earth, and yes they can only survive while repelling the enemy forces. The war that has been too long with high intensity makes natural and human resources reduced quickly. That was why this kingdom took the initiative to summon people from other worlds, with the aim of gaining great power instantly and stopping the war quickly.

That's the short story.

"Well that's a good way to try." I said.

"But why should I? I mean, just fighting I can't, even I almost died from a little goblin. I also did not carry or endowed any legendary weapons, then how could I stop the great war in this world?"

Then the other cloaked person moved compactly walking around me and stopped right in front, back, and right of my left, probably ten meters away from me.

After that they stuck their hands forward with palms pointed at me and sounded chanting something, instantly a magic circle appeared below me.

"Huh!? What the fuck? You want to get me back?" i'm shocked.

"No." answered one of them.

"We're going to do the RAMP-up!"

"What!?"

This magic circle began to glow, just like the first time I was summoned. I think this one's a little different.

There was a white light/aura coming out of my body. "this is what magic energy is called?"

The magic energy floated up and began to fuse together, forming a wisp of magic right in front of me.

After the bright shining light disappeared, something began to appear, a rectangular object of not too large size floating in front of my eyes.
