
My father's and adoptive mother's restaurant, uh now my uncle's aunt who doesn't recognize me it's, named RESTAURANT GARDEN CUISINE. The restaurant is open daily from 8am to 9pm. There are two groups of shifts, Shift morning to 15, and afternoon shift at 15 to 22. Each group consisted of seven maids, one cashier, one cook and one assistant cook.
Our restaurant has 3 rooms for guests. The large room can accommodate up to 50 guests, with 10 tables consisting of 4 chairs, and 5 tables containing 2 chairs. We have 3 VIP rooms, each of which can be filled with 10 seats, so it can accommodate 30 guests. If all seats are filled with customers at the same time, we will serve 80 guests at once.
This restaurant has been established more than 30 years ago so it can be called legendary. The shape of our unique building still resembles an ancient building but we have covered the walls. And quite famous, especially the special beggar chicken menu. In addition, we also provide other menus and especially soy milk that we produce ourselves.
I was the head of the morning group, and Lisa was my representative. Elly became a cashier. While our chef named Mr. King, very reliable in making beggar chickens, is not as skilled as Mr. Han, our main chef. Kak Ho is an assistant chef and is also the most reliable energy for supply affairs.
