The Werewolf's

The Werewolf's
07. The birth of a little angel

Two weeks after the wedding, Rangga and Arumi decided to return to hunting, they both preferred to be adventurous instead of staying at home.

A pair of hunters have gone south, they both have also decided to leave the village of Arumi's birth for a long time, the day they are always surrounded by a lot of hunting, Rangga whose status is now as a husband is more active than usual.

During the last few months hunting with Rangga only hunting the style, he will hunt the easy to hunt, different again with now, if the hunt runs then Rangga will also run after him.

Arumi who found her husband very hunting spirit can only gawk in wonder

"what is a camel? is he now obsessed with hunting?" arumi muttered

They continued to walk through the forest, any beast that passed through the two of them then the rattling was also the last second they breathed.

"would you like to go crazy hunting like that?" ask Arumi in wonder.

"crazy crazy how?" ask Rangga back.

"hehh crazy crazy how? you do not realize mas, one week we walk my arrows never aim at animals though, anything that passes in front of us directly you libas at will, you said you wanted my archery skills to improve but I wasn't given a chance, huh thickenka..."

"couple"

The rant from Arumi's mouth stopped as her husband kissed her.

"very croquet" said Rangga while scrambling his wife's hair.

Arumi who got such a sweet treatment immediately blushed and embarrassed herself, she heard an indistinct grin every husband treated her sweetly.

There was no longer a cold and indifferent Rangga like before, now there was only Rangga who behaved sweetly and gently in Arumi's eyes.

"from now on we have to scramble to hunt prey" said Rangga.

"why so?" ask Arumi in wonder.

"just consider it a competition" said Rangga.

In accordance with Rangga's instructions, Arumi will aim at anything he sees, be it rabbits, chickens, deer or other animals, he said, likewise, Rangga who did not hesitate to chase with animals that escaped the shot of his knife.

When they saw a deer behind their tree scrambling to get ahead of each other, the deer that felt threatened immediately ran as fast as possible.

Rangga chasing but his running speed can not keep up with the deer.

"grrr"

Rangga chased the deer in the form of a wolf, after some time passed by the chase action, finally the deer began to fatigue, although the run is not as fast as the deer but Rangga has good stamina, when the prey is right in front of him he immediately pounced on the neck.

Arumi was sitting under a tree waiting for her husband who was chasing after her, only a few minutes later came a wolf with a deer that size is quite large.

"my husband is the best" Arumi said as she gave a thumbs up.

"gggrrrr" (heheee) laughs Rangga embarrassed when praised his wife.

"until when are you in that state?" ask Arumi.

"ah yesaaa I forgot" said Rangga after his body returned to human form.

There was a lot of blood around his lips.

"what's the blood of a good animal?" arumi asked as she wiped the blood on her husband's face and lips.

"try it" said Rangga while kissing his wife's lips.

Arumi initially refused because she felt a bit disgusted by the blood on her husband's lips, but the sumi did not let Arumi's lips detach from her, her hand held tightly to Arumi's head as if forcing Arumi to feel a new sensation.

"how?" ask Rangga.

"what?" arumi was upset.

"it feels like a kiss while enjoying fresh blood" whispered Rangga.

"plaak" .. "sucks" Arumi said after hitting her husband's shoulder.

"ahahaa very funny my wife" said Rangga while holding his wife.

Arumi blushed again to hear her husband's words.

"ohya, where are we going?" ask Arumi curiously.

"to a distant place" answered Rangga.

"is that place very far away?" ask Arumi again.

"hmm why, don't you like to travel far away with me" asked Rangga back.

"heii it's not that, I followed you for months I never protested to you, when at that time you were not who I was, I just wondered where we really were" replied Arumi

"meet my family" replied Rangga smiling.

"your family? really?" ask Arumi enthusiastically.

"hmm, I will introduce you to my extended family" said Rangga proudly.

"but .. is that okay?" ask Arumi moody.

"why?"

"i'm human" replied Arumi slowly.

"my ancestors used to be human too, I don't think that's a problem" Rangga replied convincingly.

"really?" arumi's eyes sparkled.

"hmmm" nods Rangga.

"who?"

"what?" ask Rangga wonder.

"whose ancestor is a human being?" ask Arumi curiously.

"grandmother of my grandmother's grandmother, hmmm what do you call it?" rangga Gumam.

"grandparents from grandma how?" asked Arumi confused.

"so this is how I have a grandmother, and my grandmother has a grandmother, and then her grandmother has a grandfather, from here understand?" Rangga.

"well, my grandmother's grandparents were the grandchildren of a human" Rangga said again.

"i don't understand" Arumi said frustratedly.

"essentially my ancestor about 700 years ago was a human being, she was a magical woman who married a werewolf" he said.

"so the point is that your blood also flows human blood, is that one of the reasons your family never drank human blood?" ask Arumi.

"yes we can say that, but the main reason is that we try to keep our minds" he replied.

"keeps sense?" asked Arumi with a confused look.

"yes, the werewolf who had already sensed human blood unknowingly he would continue to desire human blood, and if he continued to prey on humans then slowly his wits would disappear, he said, he is still a werewolf but his wits are just like an ordinary wolf" Rangga explained.

"ohh so" muttered Arumi.

"want to eat venison?" ask Rangga.

"emmm" replied Arumi nodding.

"let's burn it near the river" asked Rangga.

After almost two months in and out of the forest Rangga decided to settle temporarily in a village in the foothills, not without reason he postponed his journey, Arumi is currently pregnant with his love fruit, and he is now pregnant, so he did not want his wife exhausted from going too far.

At first Arumi refused because she felt able to continue the journey, but it turns out that Arumi fell unconscious a moment after.

Rangga rented a small house that was quite simple, his wife did not want to live in a big house, every day Rangga would hunt in the forest near his house and Arumi was forced to stay home.

The village where they live is actually a fairly large village, but because the majority of the population is traders, the village feels lonely, the residents often leave the village to trade in urban areas, and the village is very quiet, they will come home once a month and only a few days at home.

Arumi often felt lonely because there was nothing to talk to when her husband went hunting, he only babbled to the baby in his stomach all day.

Gradually Arumi's stomach is getting bigger, Rangga has been looking for a place to prepare for Arumi to give birth, Arumi can not give birth at home because they do not know her child will be born in the form of a human baby or a wolf, so they decided to give birth in a place far from home.

When Arumi's stomach had begun to feel the contraction of Rangga took him slowly to walk into the forest, Rangga led his wife while carrying some cloth with him.

They rested several times when Arumi seemed exhausted, but when Arumi's membranes had broken Rangga immediately carried him towards the cave that he had prepared a few weeks ago.

Rangga laid Arumi's body on a stone that had been given a pile of dried grass and coated with a cloth, sweat flooded Arumi's entire body, his face looked pale and his breath was broken.

"sa-kit" complained Arumi slowly.

"sad baby, you must be strong" said Rangga strengthen his wife.

Actually, Rangga was very panicked because this was his first experience, during his life he rarely socialized but this time he had to intervene to help his wife give birth.

Arumi's screams of agony filled every corner of the cave, sweat also flooded Rangga's temple this time, on the one hand he could not bear to see his wife continue to groan in pain, but on the other hand, it must be passed by his wife.

"calm down baby, you have to be strong, for the sake of me and our child" said Rangga while stroking his wife's hair.

After hours of struggle between life and death, the sound of a baby's cry brings relief to the couple, the birth of the tiny baby was witnessed by the darkness of the night and dozens of fireflies around him.

The light from the fireflies seemed to give a warm impression to the little family, as if welcoming the birth of a little angel in a quiet forest.

"she's a princess" Rangga said slowly.

Rangga put the little baby in his mother's arms, happy tears came along with a smile on their lips, they could not describe his happiness at this time.

Arumi sat on the top of her husband's body, caressing every part of his daughter's body, her cheeks, her nose, her lips, her legs and her hands as if she didn't want to miss an inch of his daughter's body.

His thin hair seemed to be in harmony with the color of his eyebrows and eyelashes.

"white hair?" ask Arumi to Rangga.

"ehe he inherited almost 80% of me" said Rangga cengengesan and proud.

"so pretty" a smile kept on the lips of Arumi.

"if 80% of him follows you then what about me?" ask Arumi again.

"nothing"

"what? and then 20%?" ask Arumi in wonder.

"20% of her inherited the genes of my ancestral grandmother" Rangga replied proudly.

"your ancestors? what did he inherit?"

"green eyes, green eyes" Rangga briefed.

"oh really? but your eyes are brown" Arumi said.

"do you remember the story of my human ancestor?" rangga asked "my ancestral grandmother was an albino man, her skin and hair were white and her eyes were blue" Rangga said.

"i'm sure our daughter will grow up to be a very beautiful woman" she said, caressing her daughter's head.

"i'm not too concerned about the physical, I hope our daughter inherits 100% of your nature" said Rangga again.

"why so?" arumi said astonished.

"a trait like you is really fun" explained Rangga "I have to do something for our daughter" he continued.

Rangga bit his finger and dripped his blood on his daughter's lips.

"why did you do that?" ask Arumi in panic.

"nothing, this is something that every father should do" said Rangga.

"may I know why?" ask Arumi again.

"every newborn baby is still unable to control changes in his body and physical strength, I do this to help him control and suppress the physical strength he inherited from my genes" Rangga explained "after this look at our daughter's body in another form" he continued.

And sure enough after a while his daughter's body turned into the shape of a small wolf, a small growl sounded from her tiny lips.

Tonight was the happiest night of their lives.
