25. Contractually

"hey how do we get through that little town over there?" ask Alara wonder.

"grrrr" growled Kai lethargic.

Alara looked down and checked the condition of the young man who was drenched in blood, his breathing was almost not felt, his heartbeat was very fast but also felt weak.

"why are you doing this?" ask Alara.

"what the fuck, why laugh so?" asked the man in wonder.

"sling .. Graaaooom .. aaarrghhh" the light coming out of Alara's body instantly turned into a tiger, without further ado the tiger immediately pounced on the man.

"don't try to eat that rotten meat Kai, you get poisoned" Alara said as Kai coolly tried to vouch for the man.

"grrr" growled the tiger understood.

"hufftt my trip will be delayed again" Alara snorted.
