Chapter 9 - Liberly Island
"Hahaha.... once Hugo learns 1/3 of the Golden Shark's army is being held hostage by us, he will either do whatever I tell him to do, or perhaps whine to ask me to release Heheheh's army..... I'll give him orders to let you go. If he refutes from the order I gave you, then I will kill you immediately before Hugo and the power of the Golden Shark will be cut to weaker than before with the loss of 1/3 of the Golden Shark troops. After that, we finally Black Dolphin became the new leader in the Wonder Area." Captain Ludwig said to Grace, Blankie, Shield 2, and Shield 3 who had been caught off guard by Spider.

"Did you say?!?, it seems like your kebiad*ban signifies that you asked to be beaten." Said Captain Ludwig.
Captain Ludwig quickly hit Blankie's stomach many times to make Blankie vomit blood.
Grace, Shield 2, and Shield 3 can do nothing but see Blankie being tortured by Captain Ludwig and waiting for their turn to be tortured by him, sitting with their hands tied.
"Haha... This is what will happen if your courage is too high. Hey, ban*sat take today's events as a lesson, and never fight me again. Today be thankful, for your life does not end now because my mood is good." Captain Ludwig said to Blankie as he spat at Blankie, then stood up to leave him.

Liberly Island is a small island located in the middle of the Pacific Ocean and is the center of the Wonder Area.
There are traders who are fugitives and rebels from various parts of the world who fled and settled on this island.
The fugitives and rebels generally open shops selling food, drinks, spare parts, weapons, ammunition, clothing, even ships, to information.
They also opened bars for pirates, as well as lodging, and piers. But all the materials they sold were almost all the loot from the passing cruise ships in the Wonder Area.
"Captain, look what I found in your study." Richard said while showing Captain Albert and all passengers and crew W.W. Ship with what he found in Captain Albert's den.
"Wow, this is our money that has been looted by the Golden Shark before and the identity book of the captain and the entire Golden Shark army, as well as the pirate map of the Pacific Ocean." Captain Albert said with a very happy face.

"Alright, I know maybe this question will sound pretty crazy. But it is up to you to respond to my question how. So my question is, do you want to be pirates in this region with me ?." Ask Captain Albert.
"Hahaha..... Very funny, Captain." Answer Frank. Situation in W.W. Ship became silent for a moment. "Captain, you're kidding me, aren't you ?." Ask Zuma. "No." Answer Captain Albert.
"Then you're right, Captain. You've been asking crazy questions." Said Zuma. "However, what's your reason for asking this crazy question, Captain ?." Ask Zack.
"My reason is, because I think even if we buy weapons, food, drinks, and make it out of the Golden Shark, it does not rule out the possibility that we will still be hijacked again by pirates from the Wonder Area and pirates from other pirate areas. Actually, my mind is round, but I need all of you're consent to carry out my plan." Answer Captain Albert.
