"Where are you guys working?" A man asked his subordinates over the phone.

"Beres boss. Her dad's a girl has started to lose faith in her boss." The officer replied from behind the phone.

The man smiled satisfied with the happy news.

"Good." The man immediately closed his call.

After the call ended, the man who was none other than Frans was smiling cunningly triumphantly.

"Felix Felix, if I can't be happy then you can't be happy either." Frans spoke with a straight-forward glance.

He was in his study and was sitting in his big chair looking at a beautiful picture of Barbara on his computer screen.

"Borubara." Frans called Barbara's name in a sensual voice while swinging her knife in her hand towards her computer screen as if she was scraping Barbara's body.

"You don't want to choose me, no problem. But I won't let you guys be that happy either. No one can stop me Barbara. Believe it or not one day, you'll bend your knees begging me." Frans smiled in disdain.

"Pa, Felix isn't wrong. Papa can't believe me." Barbara tries to defend Felix in front of her Papa.

But Fanco did not flinch.

He remained faithfully standing and holding Felix's shoulders with his hands.

"Dear." Felix called his wife weak and shook his head in a sign that his wife would not have to fight with her in-laws.

"Pa, Felix framed Pa." Barbara said again while showing Felix's phone which he happened to carry earlier.

"Show it the same cop." Fanco yelled at his daughter.

For the first time in his life he snapped at his daughter.

"Papa, why the hell would Papa believe the same as it looks rather than what Papa knows. Felix isn't like Pa." Barbara tried to defend her husband.

"Shut up." Fanco again yelled at his daughter.

"Darling, it's yeah." Kimberly hugged her daughter who started crying.

"Felix is not wrong Ma." Barbara kept trying to defend her husband.

Kimberly simply calmed Barbara down while stroking her daughter's back.

"Mr Fanco." Someone who had just arrived at the rooftop greeted Fanco.

"Oh yes sir." Fanco turned around and turned out to be the police.

Not just one person, but maybe a dozen people.

"I'm Erick." The man leading the investigation of the case extended his hand.

Erick is young and handsome. Probably the same age as Felix.

Fanco welcomed, then did not forget he also greeted Kimberly and Barbara.

While experiencing Barbara, he felt something turbulent in his heart.

"This is one proof that could stand up for my husband, sir." Barbara gave Felix's phone to Erick.

Hearing Barbara turned out to be the wife of the person made him heartbroken immediately.

Erick smiles and grabs Felix's phone and checks it.

"Track all CCTV footage of this hotel, especially those on the rooftop. Move the evidence, and immediately check the fingerprint evidence on the weapon used." Erick gave orders to his subordinates but his eyes still occasionally glanced towards Barbara.

Barbara took off her arms from Kimberly and sat down next to her husband and hugged Felix.

"I believe in you." Barbara tried to strengthen her husband.

Felix tried to hold back his tears.

Long enough to wait for one of Erick's subordinates to return with a report.

"Report Sir, CCTV showed nothing but Mr. Felix's assault." Erick's subordinate conveys the truth.

Felix immediately became weak, how good fortune really did not side with him, he thought.

Barbara did not give up. She chose to trust her husband.

"Std. Don't be sad just yet. You can still check your fingerprints. They are again a process. Don't give up yet." Barbara kept trying to calm Felix down.

Kimberly was moved to see her daughter's maturity and stared intently at her husband.

"You're lucky Mr. Felix. The only most important evidence is that the fingered fingerprints are not yours." Erick said as he approached Felix.

"This dead man is a native here." Erick gave a brief explanation that made everyone breathe a sigh of relief.

"But I still need your cooperation to be a witness and tell the truth." Erick said again.

Felix looked at Barbara confusedly.

"Udah, be a witness. Don't be afraid." Barbara strengthens her husband.

For some reason now when with Barbara, Felix actually looks weak. Not like the old Felix, with a more domineering killing aura.

Felix finally nodded at Erick.

"Please, come with my staff." Erick pointed to one of his staff who was waiting for Felix.

Felix got up from her seat and immediately followed Erick's staff after Barbara dipped her cheek as a form of support for her husband.

Kimberly who was very furious at her husband immediately approached her husband and grabbed her husband's ear and pulled Fanco away from the place.

There were Barbara and Erick and some staff who took care of the bodies and the mess that had happened there.

"Em, Sir Erick. Thanks for helping me solve this case." Barbara thanked Erick.

Erick smiled in amazement at Barbara's beauty.

"Either. It is my duty too. Also, there is no need to call me Sir. Call Erick." Erick smiled shyly while scratching the nape of his neck.

"Yes. Thanks and sorry for the repotin." Barbara said politely.

"No what. It's our job." Erick also replied politely.

"Yes, I went down first." Barbara pamit, Erick nodded.

Barbara began to step but Erick's words stopped her step for a moment.

"Barbara, congratulations on your marriage. May it be lasting and happy. May God let us meet again." Erick said sincerely.

Barbara turned around and looked at Erick.

"Thank you for your prayer."

Then Barbara walked into the elevator and went downstairs to her room and Felix.

He waited for Felix to return.

While waiting, she chooses to change her clothes and remove her makeup.

Because the party was over before it started.

When she finished, she chose to wait for her husband while lying on the bed.

It was a long wait until Felix returned.

"Dear." Felix called his wife slowly.

Barbara was a little flinched.

"Eh baby. Done yet?" Barbara asked as she got up from her position.

Felix nodded weakly and sat down on the edge of the bed.

Barbara decided to approach her husband and hugged him from behind.

"Darling, it's yeah. I trust you until anytime. I can make a difference when you're honest and you're lying." Barbara calmed Felix down.

Felix touched.

Felix turned around and hugged Barbara tightly from the front.

Barbara slightly laughed amusedly as she felt the roar of Felix's breath on her neck.

Felix hugged Barbara in silence, feeling the comfort Barbara gave him.

"Darling, change your clothes first." Barbara persuaded her husband.

"Replace." Felix asks spoiled.

Barbara resigned.

He leads Felix to release his arms, then he gets off the bed walking towards the closet to grab Felix's clothes.

"here." Barbara ordered her husband to stand up.

He got off the bed and walked right in front of his wife.

Barbara painstakingly took off one by one Felix's clothes to leave her underwear.

Afterwards Barbara put on a casual dress on Felix.

Felix smiled and hugged her back.

"Thank you dear." Felix said sincerely.

"Yes." Yeah." Barbara answered briefly but affectionately.

Barbara put Felix's dirty clothes on her spot.

He then led Felix up onto the bed and they lay down together hugging each other.

"Aren't you going for your first night?" Barbara asked seductively to her husband.

Felix shook his head.

"At least not spirit. Want to be hugged you gini aja." Felix answered slowly.

"Yes already. We're sleeping." Barbara patted her husband on the back until Felix fell asleep.

"I love you always Felix." Barbara kisses her husband's lips.

Then slowly he fell asleep.
