A woman opens her eyes. The first sight he saw was a white room. He raised his hand and then stomped on the head that felt like it was throbbing violently when he opened his eyes. Yet he frowned as his listener's vague senses caught the frenzied sound from beside where he lay.

Then Nisa turned her head to the source of the sound. One thing Nisa realized, it turns out she was in the hospital. In her net was a boy she knew very well. And with the boy back in his smile, Gabriel was the only one who had kept him alive all this time.

"Mother, are you conscious?" Gabriel approached Nisa's gurney and observed her mother up close. "Mother why is it sick?"

With concern Gabriel rubbed his mother's head and put his lips closer to the mother's forehead. With wisdom he dyed the top of the head of the mother with a long duration.

"Gabriel to the same hospital who?"

"The same with Arsen, nda."

Nisa's reflex immediately looked at a man who had just entered with a doctor beside her. Wait, wasn't that doctor an irreverent doctor yesterday? Nisa continued to observe the movements of the two handsome men, until the two stood right beside Nisa.

"Why am I here?"

Nisa looked at Arsen, then turned to Vian. His eyes were full of explanations. The two men looked at each other before turning to look at Nisa who was lying weakly on the white mattress.

"You're here, because Arsen brought you. So if you're asking why you're here, just ask the guy."

Nisa glanced at Arsen who was standing with both arms in her pants pocket.

"You passed out in the elevator" she said coldly.

"Why can?" Nisa's not believing.

"It looks like you've had a bad past, and as a result of that bad incident you've had a tarauma."

Vian placed a book on the table, then continued by checking on Nisa's condition. But, just as Vian was about to put a stethoscope on Nisa's chest, but the woman held Vian's arm. The gaze stopped him so flat on both eyes of the woman.

"I'm not letting you check on me, just tell the sisters," Nisa declined while letting out a dislike tone

Vian sighed, he kept the stethoscope away from Nisa's presence. Then the doctor glanced at the female nurse who was there. As if understanding with a glance of Vian, the nurse immediately took over checking on Nisa.

"Your situation is fine. You just need to rest a lot, and don't force your brain to remember the past. Because it's not good with the brain and can interfere with your memory, it can affect the pain in the head and interfere with your health." Vian said after getting the results of his examination.

Arsen who was just looking at Gabriel was approaching. He looked at Nisa intensely, and so did Nisa. They both looked at him for quite a while. But for a while Nisa even threw her face aside.

"It looks like we should talk to Sen," whispered Vian quietly.

The woman who was lying weakly realized that there was something between Arsen and Vian. However, he only pretended not to know.

After the departure of Vian and Arsen, then Nisa glanced at her son who was already at the side. Nisa's heart warmed again, seeing the boy who was busy playing his new car.

"Who bought this car?" Nisa asked as she stroked Gabriel's mane was concerned. But, his eyes were fixed on the toy car his son was holding.

"Om Alsen bought a bun."

"Well? When's baby?"

"Yesterday bun." Gabriel lifted his head and placed the toy car on the table beside the gurney, "mother, Aunty Ibel had returned home. She said grandma got a bun?"

Nisa's hand on Gabriel's mane came to a halt. He looked at Gabriel deeply, his eyes looking as if he could neither understand nor believe.

"When did Aunty Ibel go?"

"So Aunty jenguk mother had just returned home," said Gabriel.

Tears were gathering on both eyelids, why he could be sick in the situation when Miah's grandmother also hurt. Suppose he is not in the hospital now, maybe he will go straight back to the village and visit Grandma Miah with Ibel.

"Well, mother why cry, Iel's words were wrong yes nda?"

Nisa erased between her eyes that there was a trail of tears that began to dry, then she looked at her son with a typical smile like a mother-mom is lying to her child.

"Neither mother nor cry."

"Oh this is not a tear, Iel just the wrong time to see. Try Iel here, there's no tears in your eyes."

Gabriel approached and carefully observed every detail on Nisa's face. Shortly a sigh of relief was heard from the boy. He nodded that what his mother had said was true.

Seeing the innocence of Gabriel made Nisa's heart drift away, a sense of turbulence began to arise in her heart. He felt so guilty for lying to the boy. But never mind, Nisa also does not want to see her son follow sad because of seeing her sad self.

________

The two handsome-looking men entered the room where Vian was resting. Vian first sat on the long soup there, then glanced up precisely at Arsen who was still standing.

"Do you prefer standing up and sitting down?" Vian asked with the intention of offending Arsen.

Arsen glanced at Vian at a glance, next he took a huffed breath and sat down at the soup. His feelings today were completely confused, not knowing which threshold he would bring. Everything felt hard on his heart. The riddle of Nisa's life is very difficult for her to solve.

"Why did he pass out?" Ask Vian while crossing his legs and playing it.

With a straight look forward, Arsen explained, "he fainted after shouting 'No. Not me',"

"Why did he say that sentence, there must be a reason, right?"

"Before I accidentally called him Ica, he was seen remembering a shard of the past. And suddenly he screamed in fear and fainted." Clearly Arsen then glanced at Vian who was seriously hearing the man's story.

"If I deduce from your story, there's a good chance that woman is Ica."

Hearing Vian's words made Arsen speech speechless, his gaze stunned at a large lamp hanging above them. There is no intention at all to reply to Vian's words earlier.

He picked up the coffee that was already there. Arsen sipped the coffee that was still emitting smoke until it left half, then he then leaned the tired body on the back of the sopa.

"I also feel the same way as you Vian."

Vian immediately turned his head and frowned both of his eyebrows.

"When did you meet her? "

Arsen bowed and took a deep breath. He closed his eyes trying to remember the beginning of his meeting with Nisa.

"I met Nisa when I was about to shop at a mini market, at that time I had just come from America. He looked very different, he was wearing a hijab which at that time I did not understand with the hijab. I kept following him until he got into the mini market. Yesterday I really couldn't believe that she was so much like Ica, her face, her smile, the way she spoke, everything that was attached to Nisa was really very similar to Ica. From that moment on I was looking for information about Nisa. I tried to convince my parents to go to the same school as Nisa, and I finally succeeded. I don't know why at that time there was a thought that I had to do evil to Nisa so that it made her hate me and I could forget Ica which was always overshadowed by Nisa, but I can't forget Ica at all and worse, I'm always sure that Nisa is Ica. Honestly, I was very afraid that the existence of Nisa would be known by Sarga, especially if Sarga knew I was with Nisa who must have suspected Ica. But since then I have also believed that Nisa is Ica. My little best friend who's been missing for years and my first love."

The man lifted his head up like he was begging God for something.

Vian patted Arsen's shoulder. "If it's true that she's Ica, I hope Sarga doesn't know. You know Sarga's been very vengeful with Ica.  The boy still thinks that the one who killed his father was Ica. And the one I wish you would stay away from Sarga, I hear that kid is still crazy. Maybe he still loves you, and if he knows Nisa's close to you, it could be that his grudge against Ica is growing."

"Sen, I got a hunch that why Nisa said the phrase 'Not me' at the end of her consciousness, she might be getting a memory when she accused Sarga's mother that she killed her husband. And I heard that when Ica went missing, she was shot by her mama Sarga's men, and she screamed in fear like that. It's possible that Sarga has assumed Ica is dead. So you keep Nisa away from the man******* that, before she knows it and she could kill Nisa later if she sees Nisa as Ica. Although I'm also sure Nisa is Ica"

"Sugar has known of Nisa's whereabouts."

"Huh?  So they've met?"

"Hm."

"Oh." Vian tried to force a smile when he got the facts that could be a big conflict in the future. "Why did the little boy say Nisa was called Mother?"

Arsen looked at lazy Vian.

"He's Nisa's son and my son."

"Huh?  Meanin? Yeah-so you..."
