The Swordsman

The Swordsman
CHAPTER VII

Just now that the sun had risen from the eastern rut Feng Teng had already been startled by a little boy who had just finished sweeping the courtyard of the bamboo hut in his residence.

"Finally it's done too" said Jim Bei, wiping off his sweat.

"Bei'er is this all you're sweeping her...?" Feng Teng pretended to ask Jim Bei even though he himself had witnessed that Jim Bei himself was the one who greeted him.

"Murid saluted the teacher" Jim Bei greeted his teacher. "Yes the student teacher who swept this page, if the student made a mistake the student is ready to receive punishment" continued Jimbei while kneeling before his teacher.

"No Bei'er you didn't do anything wrong, the teacher was just amazed at you" Jim Bei replied with a smile curling across his lips.

"Thank you that the teacher has praised the student" Jim Bei once again saluted and smiled at the teacher.

Although Jim Bei was a child who was only five years old, his mental and intelligence exceeded that of children his age.

"Bei'er you take a bath and rest first, and the teacher will prepare breakfast for the both of us" Feng Teng told Jim Bei meekly.

"Good teacher, student retreat" Jim Bei saluted and went inside his cottage.

Even Feng Teng could not hide his delight and admiration for that disciple.

"Murid saluted the teacher" Jim Bei said to Feng Teng as he entered his teacher's residence.

"Sit down Bei'er let's eat together" Jim Bei said with a smile that continued to curl from his lips from earlier this morning.

"Thank you teacher" replied Jim Bei very politely.

"This kid is really very intelligent, diligent, and his attitude is also very polite" Feng Teng spoke in his heart while judging about that disciple.

Shortly after, they both finished eating. "Teacher, let the students do the dishes" said Jim Bei, offering to pick up the dishes and walk to the kitchen.

"Alright Bei'er you are your will" Feng Teng said as he let Jim Bei wash the dishes.

Feng Teng called Jim Bei "Bei'er the teacher will face the sect head first and if you're done washing the dishes you can go for a walk to look around the sect".

"Good teacher, thank you for allowing students to go for a walk" replied Jim Bei while continuing to wash dishes.

Feng Teng left Jim Bei alone in the bamboo hut without any worries. Because he was convinced by the intelligence and status of Jim Bei as his disciple Jim Bei could keep himself in the sect.

"Honor to the sect head" Feng Teng paid his respects to the head of the Heavenly Dragon Sect named Zhao Li.

Seen a old man who looked like he was sixty to seventy years old who was actually more than his original age was sitting on the seat of a large hall.

"Teng'er you've returned and I didn't expect that you could return from the mission this fast even though the other elders still need longer than you" said the sect head named Zhao Li.

Zhao Li was the first elder in the order of the presiding position and at once the head of the Heavenly Dragon sect who had already reached the intermediate stage Celestial swordsman level.

"Maybe this Junior is just lucky to be able to complete this mission quickly" Feng Teng replied politely.
