Ch. 3 - Stage L training

"First of all I want you to meditate, the goal is so that you can feel and control the flow of energy in each of your bodies to the maximum. Follow my movements correctly" said Evana who now began to sit cross-legged with her hands clasped tightly and eyes closed.

While breathing out a long breath Evana started her meditation. All the disciples followed the instructions he had pointed out.

After a few minutes passed, Evana said something to everyone.

The energy ball was thrown into the school grounds and a huge explosion occurred.

"Kyaaa Xena was afraid of the sight." Xena said in fear.
