Ch. 20 - Secrets of Monsters

Unmerciful at all, Zemus will now launch his attack once more but swiftly Raven scatters him so that Zemus does not get close to where Zell is bouncing and makes room for Evana who is healing.

"Ho.ho.ho anyone wants to be a hero apparently" Ejek Zemus.

"Be quiet, your opponent is I'm a fucking monster" Raven said.

"Huuu is interesting, let's see who will fall" Zemus said.

"Stop Raven! He's no match for you fool! Uhuk.uhuk" Shouted Zell from afar.

"Sir Zell shut up for a minute, the wound healing isn't done yet, I could call my Guardian Force but the school will..." Evana.

"No, let the students practice first" replied Zell.

Raven realizes that you are so strong this time, she is now seen holding a seal on her body and getting ready to take out her Guardian Force.

"Come, Crowhell !!!" Shouted Raven loudly.

A magic circle appears under Raven's feet and now surrounds him, gradually from the magic circle appears Crowhell who is none other than Raven's Guardian Force.

"What are you calling me, Raven!" Crowhell.

"Maav but it seems like the situation is not good here" replied Raven.

Hearing the challenge from the creature in front of him, Crowhell unhesitatingly launched his attack against Zemus, but his attack was repelled by the Zerbeast who had been behind Zemus.

"Your opponent is I'm the base of a protective creature" Zerbeast said as he resisted the attack from Crowhell.

"Hoo there is another ugly creature that is annoying" Crowhell said.

"It's true that big monster too! I've been ignoring him for being too focused on the monster in front of me, hang on Crowhell.." Raven said in her heart.

"Hey human if you're fighting don't daydream like that" said Zemus who quickly lashed a hard blow to Raven.

Unlike Zell who bounced far away, Raven was able to survive the blow due to help from Evana who swiftly made a barrier for Raven while still healing the wound from Zell.

"Hmm this barrier is strong as well, so he's the one who put the barrier in every settlement? It's regrettable" Zemus said in his heart.

"May as well, then feel my next attack"

Now Zemus clenched his clenched hand and hit it to the ground, creating a rather severe earthquake. The effect of the blow made the ground there a crack wide enough. But not only that, visible from the crack appeared a large hand underground that was on Raven's footing and was now ready to squeeze Raven's body.

Seeing Zemus who was injured by the attack just now, the Zerbeast who had been fighting Crowhell had now instantly ignored his opponent and immediately put Zemus' body into his big mouth and ate it. Those who saw him were immediately shocked.

But there is something strange, it did not take long he now vomited Zemus' body and it seems his body became fresh like nothing happened to Zemus.

"It seems like the creature can heal wounds very well, if he is still next to him my attack will be in vain" said Raven who was still inside the protective stone.

"Ha.ha.ha may also attack you! But all of that is pointless, the Zerbeast is an excellent recycling container. Now it's time to avenge what you've done to me" said Zemus, now pulling out his axe on his back.

"The danger!! Raven quickly dodged from there!! The axe can neutralize magic" said Zell who had seen their fight.

With a swing of his axe, Raven's protector broke it and now Zemus' other hand grabbed Raven's neck and began to strangle him.

"Raven hold on" said Crowhell, who tried to save his partner.

But his efforts are halted by the Zerbeast, he gives no gap at all for Crowhell to save Raven.

"Goodbye damn summoner" said Zemus who now began to fly his axe to slash at Raven.

Seeing Zemus who was severely injured, the Zerbeast suddenly ate back his body but this time they retreated and ran towards his base.

"Basic, it's a hassle" Zell said as he patted the dusty shirt.

"You okay Raven?" Saying back.

"Yeah sir, thank you for helping me otherwise I might not be here right now" replied Raven.

"You're Crowhell too, thanks for trying to help me earlier, now come back"

"Yeah Partner, you seem to be stronger than you used to be, but still careless" Crowhell said.

"Hehe maav about it" Raven said as she scratched her seemingly non-itchy hair.

Crowhell had now started to disappear and returned to the legion realm.

"Looks like you need Heal from me, here let me treat" Evana said.

"That's okay, I know fine" Raven said in embarrassment.

"Heh, don't dodge and just shut up, you son of a bitch"

Evana also forced Raven and finally Raven's body healed by Evana.

"Oh yeah, did you seem to be in a hurry? What's the matter, actually?" Ask Zell.

"I actually feel the remnants of the energy that was released as a result of a war not far from here" Evana replied.

"really? So where is that place?"

"Let me show you sir" replied Evana.

After healing Raven's wounds, they continue on their way to the place where Evana suspected.

"Here... Isn't the hideout of the demons?" Zell.

"Well, I'm not mistaken, sir, but why isn't there anyone here at all? " Say Raven.

"It looks like this place has been attacked by something very strong, judging from the rest of this energy looks very strong" said Evana.

"Whatever this is not a good sign, I have a hunch that he did all this" Zell said.

"Let's go back to school and discuss this and immediately improve the training for the students, it looks like we need the help of strength" Zell said.

In the hideout the monsters seen from the sky the Zerbeast slowly landed from there.
