The Story of the Forecast Swordsman

The Story of the Forecast Swordsman
Big Bet

That day too, when the sun was right to illuminate the crown Ki Aswina prepared everything. The old grandfather with a white beard was busy concocting the various types of materials that had been purchased in the market. He looks painstakingly selecting and sorting out various types of grains and leaves that are difficult for ordinary people to understand. While Satria was asked specifically to accompany and serve the grandfather while the treatment took place.

Satria was not very interested in the science of medicine, with a slightly objected face she noticed the nimble hand of the grandfather. The old fingers picked up the medicinal ingredients one after another. All in the sting until smooth and give off a very distinctive smell.

Looking at Satria who was looking at him with a lazy face, Ki Aswina frowned. He had read the young man's mind.

"Hi Satria, why are you putting on such a lazy face?" ki Aswina asked trying to skin the young man's mind.

Got such a question, Satria flirted and could not hide his disinterest in medicine. "No. It's okay, Sister, I just. I.", said Satria dotted while hiding her shame.

Meanwhile, Ki Aswina's hand was still busy mixing some ingredients into her potion. His right hand took the honey in an old ancient bottle. Slowly the honey is mixed into a liquid medicinal herb in a glass.

Not finished there, now his hands are busy concocting and smoothing some medicinal ingredients. He continued to pay attention to Satria with occasional glances towards the left.

"Satria, get me that white water grandpa. Hurry up!!!" ki Aswina exclaimed in a firm tone for Satria to move while looking at the medicine making.

"Good Kek", said Satria while rushing to take a glass of water on the table.

Satria's eyes moved quickly to the rhythm of Ki Aswina's hand movements. He saw the form of medicine different times. This time the drug uses a minute of water and is solid.

Ki Aswina stepped closer to Ki Soma's bed while sitting on the edge of the bed. Slowly the grandfather woke Ki Soma who was lying weak. "Soma wake up, take this medicine so you'll get well soon".

"Thank you Kakang", replied Ki Soma slowly and then drank a potion made by Ki Aswina.

Grandfather's face grimaced while taking the medicine until it ran out. "It's bitter". The sight of Ki Soma seemed to force that bitter taste into his stomach.

Ki Aswina laughed at once at the word of his rival. "Ha ha ha ha. Everywhere all the medicine is bitter Kakang taste".

Satria looked up at their familiarity. Two old grandparents who have different personalities. The other is crazy with medical science, while Ki Soma the grandfather is very prioritizing spiritual science. The thought of it made the young man's forehead slightly wrinkled.

"Satria, bring the medicine you're holding here!" exclaimed Ki Aswina while pointing at Satria who had just daydreamed.

Hearing such a loud scream, Satria woke up from her delusion and approached Ki Aswina. "It's the cure Cake", his hand handed the solid potion to Ki Soma's outer wound.

With the medicine, Ki Aswina smeared some torn wounds on Ki Soma's chest and face. Wounds that are wide and gaping all over the body like slashed dozens of sharp objects. The wrinkled face came back grimacing with closed eyes. The pain and tenderness of Ki Soma's bone.

On top of that bed, Ki Soma wriggled with the pain he felt in his body. Seeing that condition, Ki Aswina stopped her hand movements. "Satria hold your grandfather firmly!!!" ki Aswina shouted to Satria.

"Good Kek", Satria immediately acted and held back part of Ki Soma's arm and leg. In a constrained state, Ki Soma was difficult to move let alone thrashed.

When Ki Soma's state had calmed down, Ki Aswina's hand again moved to smear the entire wound with medicine. Even this time using a little inner strength. Several treatment spells began to be recited to speed up healing.

"AAaarrrrrrrggggghhhhhhhh".

Such was Ki Soma's cry several times to endure the pain in his body. Even this grandfather's body shivered like it was in a cold state. But Ki Aswina increasingly adds to the impact of his inner energy. The warm urge began to radiate to the body making Ki Soma unconscious.

"Hi, what are you doing? Why is Grandpa like this?" yelled Satria while approaching Ki Aswina with angry eyes.

Seeing Satria's expression like that, Ki Aswina simply smiled cynically. He casually responded to the snot child's chatter.

"Calm down, Ki Soma won't die. He just fainted", said Ki Aswina as he stood up and walked closer to the wooden chair in the corner of the room.

"Awas, if until my grandfather why-why, I will not forgive you" said Satria angrily while glaring at Ki Aswina.

Ki Aswina again smiled cynically while sipping a cup of coffee served by Dewi Sekarwangi. "You don't mess with young people. How dare you bet on me?" ki Aswina said as she placed a cup of coffee in front of her.

Grandpa got tired of hearing the babbling from the kid yesterday afternoon who was impatient. He hoped that with this bet Satria could he for a moment so that his ears could rest.

Satria looked up for a moment, guessing what the thought of the grandfather was. "Betting what?", asked Satria defiantly with his arrogance.

"If I fail to treat Ki Soma, then I will stop being a healer, but if I succeed then you must be willing to become my disciple" Ki Aswina said placing a bet.

The emotionless Satria immediately agreed to the bet. "Well I agree", replied Satria without a second thought.

Seconds passed until the sun peered on the western horizon. Orange light that began to dim adorn that afternoon. Satria was still unable to calm down, with a look of anxiety about Ki Soma's state. He went back and forth into the room just looking at the state of the grandfather.

In the corner of the room, Ki Aswina was still sitting quietly while enjoying the cold coffee. He smiled looking at the snot child that was in front of his eyes. His face was wrinkled in the face filled with a high sense of anxiety.

Looking at the sun that was almost sinking behind the hill, Ki Aswina got up from her seat. He walked up to Satria who was not far from Ki Soma's room.

"Satria, let's take a look at Ki Soma's state. Is he awake?" greeting Ki Aswina then walked slowly to meet Ki Soma.

Satria simply glanced with an irritated look towards the old man. Unlike usual Satria showed his nature, especially in front of the parents. With heavy steps he came in following Ki Aswina's steps.

Inside the room, how shocked the eyes of Satria witnessed the miracle that happened. On top of the bed, Satria's eyes watched as Ki Soma's body had recovered even though it still helped to stand up.

"Grandfather", shouted Satria loudly approaching Ki Soma with a happy look. "Grandfather, is Grandpa healed?" Satria hugged her grandfather's body without feeling uneasy because of the scar.

Tears immediately flowed soaking every curve of Satria's face. He cried to witness the healing of his grandfather. On the other hand, Ki Soma was also moved to survive death that almost took his life. He also returned the embrace of his grandson Satria that he loved.

Dewi Kembang and Dewi Sekarwangi immediately embraced the grandfather so happy. They were grateful to the Gods who bestowed a miracle on them. Likewise with Ki Aswina who smiled satisfied with the science of medicine that has managed to cure his rival.

A happy and moving night passed by them. Dewi Kembang is busy preparing a banquet to Ki Aswina thanks to his services Ki Soma has healed. Although external wounds and internal injuries should still be monitored daily.

At the dining table, Ki Aswina glanced at Satria who was not far from her seat. He watched the boy continue to enjoy his dinner without remembering his promise. The grandfather continued to watch Satria until the rice was drilled out.

The atmosphere was quite comfortable to discuss that night, as their burden had disappeared. Ki Aswina pum opened the conversation. "Alright Satria, seeing that Ki Soma has healed so you will be my disciple". Everyone in the room was surprised. No exception Satria who suddenly choked.

All eyes have now been on the young boy named Satria, will he agree to Ki Aswina's request or will he renege on his promise.
