They walked to the middle of the green grass, King Gendra thrust his sword into the ground. Instantly the once clear sky turned cloudy with strong winds.

King Gendra raised both his hands pointing the palm upwards.

A flash of light flashed onto each stone and flowed into King Gendra's sword, forming a strange light pattern on the ground, the grass that had been green now turned black.

The ground started to shake, the wind was blowing even louder. Some of the trees around were uprooted and the guards were downed as well, the black grass was also withered and died.

The girls who were to be made offerings began to be frightened to see the terrible phenomenon before their eyes, one of them trying to rebel and begged to be let go.

King Gendra looked at the sky and the moon was half covered, King Gendra raised both his hands towards the moon.

“O you moonlight cover, emitter of the darkness of the universe give me your power to awaken your Queen!” shouted King Gendra.

Instantly the entire valley became pitch-black, the wind gusted fiercely until it extinguished the torch lit by Alingga. Seeing this, Alingga tried to turn it back on. However, it did not work out as if it did not allow even the slightest bit of light to be seen only the darkness that enveloped them.

“A-what happened? W-why my powers don't work!” alingga said in a panic.

“This bright night will be lost covered by darkness,” said King Gendra in a flat voice.

Confused by Gendra Alingga's words, he remained silent in the dark.
