Savero entered Martesana's Pasticceria after leaving the hospital. Flavia immediately saw his presence with a smile. But the man's mind was filled with various things so that the smile was not reciprocated. With his usual steps Savero just walked towards a table and sat down in one of his chairs.

At the hospital, when Emiliano asked with suspicion, he could only deny it soberly. Even now he became unsure if the answer would be accepted by Ruella's best friend.

"And a hot cappuccino is also great for someone who is feeling tired." Flavia continued, this time the woman put down a cup of hot cappuccino and immediately sat down.

"Thank you." Savero replied after sipping his drink.

"What's wrong? You look so tired. Did something happen? Isn't that woman okay? You said nothing bad happened to him." Flavia was amazed at the condition of Savero who looked very tired. "Is there anything else that bothers you?"

Savero looked at Flavia's face, making himself recall what Ruella had said about Matteo's death. He thought of something else, something that made him want to find out the truth.

"What's wrong?" Flavia asked increasingly astonished that Savero was silent looking at him.

"Fla, do you want to come with me to Puglia?" Ask Savero.

"Puglia? Why do you want to go to Puglia?" Flavia felt strange because suddenly Savero invited him to go with him to Apulia.

Flavia closed his eyes for a moment, he did not want to think badly of Matteo but he became a little curious about what Ruella said yesterday.

"Are we going to that orphanage?" Flavia asked looking fixedly at Savero. "The woman in the photo, if what Ruella said is true then we should look for the woman."

"Yes, you're right. I'll ask Rue who that woman is. We need to see him so that everything is clear." Savero.

It was dark when Savero returned home. While climbing the stairs to meet Ruella, Donzello who was about to go to the study just came out of the room.

"You're home yet?" Donzello asked Savero. "When are you going to start working at that hospital?"

"Let's go, they give me freedom when I'm ready. But it looks like for the next few days I won't start."

"What's wrong?" Ask Donzello.

"Tomorrow I will go to Apulia with Flavia." Answer Savero. "After that I will think again about when I will start working."

Savero answered. There was no way he would have told his father the truth if their purpose was to go to Apulia to find out the truth about Matteo.

"That's great. That means your relationship with that woman is progressing. Didn't you?"

"I hope so." Savero.

Savero thinks something about his father. He wondered if his father knew who hit Matteo or not.

"Papa, do you know about Matteo's death? I mean, who's the guy who hit Matteo." Savero was curious about his father's answer.

"Isn't that person in jail?" Ask Donzello. "What's wrong? Did something happen?"

Heard Savero is not surprised, because the media is indeed a secret about it to everyone. He and Flavia find out that the man who hit Matteo because before he died the man mentioned the name Ruella Arthur La Nostra.

"There's nothing." Answer Savero.

"Rest."

"You still want to work tonight?" Savero cried as Donzello was about to leave him.

"Yes, I have a lot to take care of." Donzello answered withholding his steps and looked back at his only son. "Sales are increasing rapidly around the world. Because it makes me very busy because I have to monitor everything alone. There's no one I trust. You know for yourself, in this world you're the only one I trust, Sav."

His father's answer was like a blow to Savero. How not, just now his father said that only he was trusted, but in reality the man was hiding a very big thing.

"You take it easy, I won't force you to help me run the company. You can be a doctor like your dreams. I think I can still live until that child is born and grows up. He's the one who's gonna continue with the company." Donzello.

"Yes, you're right." Savero said without looking at Donzello and looking down at his guilt.

"Alright, I have to call someone in Indonesia immediately." Donzello.

"How are things, Rue now? Is he better?" Ask Savero.

"You can see it right away because you're a doctor, Sav." Donzello's smile then walked off Savero and into his study.

Savero sighed before turning to face the door of the room where Ruella was. It was indeed her intention to meet Ruella at this moment. He had to ask something about the woman who was supposed to be Matteo's real lover.

Without knocking it first Savero opened the door of his father's room and did not see Ruella on the bed.

"You've finished your work? Why so fast? Yeah, that's good."

Ruella's voice came from the toilet. Soon Savero walked in and closed the door.

"You know the doctors are preventing me from having sex right now because of the light bleeding I'm having. But take it easy, I'll satisfy you in another way—" Ruella's words came to a halt as she walked out of the toilet.

The woman was shocked when she saw Savero coming into the room instead of Donzello.

"Ke—why did you enter without knocking on the door?" Ruella looks unhappy looking at Savero.
