Elena's body turned into Naruto after Sasuke's leg kick landed on her.

Naruto fell on the ground violently due to a hard kick from Sasuke, then he asked, "Oh! Why am I here!"

Elena looked very relaxed standing where Naruto was before. He had not received any injuries or been hit by any attacks since this fight began.

"Just kidding. How could such a simple attack hurt me, right?" Elena raised both of her hands shoulder-high while rolling her eyes, not caring or rather underestimating the two of them.
