The Secret Of The Kingdom

The Secret Of The Kingdom
A Hugs From Friends

After exchanging letters with his best friend several times, he arrived that day. The day the royal banquet was held.

Now staring at the Takahashi royal gate, the guards opened the gate after Yuuren showed the official invitation Gaara sent before H. day. Actually two days ago.

Upon entering the gate his gaze was shifted on the guest who seemed to have just arrived.

Not many people were there, except those who received special invitations.

Actually Yuuren was a little hesitant, after seeing some guests he had accidentally seen earlier, he was only the youngest guest among them. Although there was someone who might be his age only ranged not far from him.

Then he turned his gaze in another direction, whether it was coincidence or not. His hazel met a jade that looked cold yet gentle at the same time.

Yuuren got off his horse and saw his friend walking towards him.

"Welcome to the kingdom of Takahashi" said Gaara flatly as usual.

Yuuren stared at Gaara's outstretched hand at him, without hesitation he welcomed the helping hand.

"Hm, Thank you for the welcome" Yuuren said with a faint smile.

"Follow me." Gaara said briefly.

Yuuren raised her eyebrows in surprise, but still followed her best friend.

After passing through several rooms that Tenzo said were important, now they stopped their footsteps in front of the prince Takahashi's room.

"Come in, let's just say it's not your own room" Gaara said after they entered.

Gaara deliberately locked the door of his room, so that no one would hear his conversation with Yuuren.

He looked at his best friend sharply, while the one in the face stared flatly at him. Yuuren sighed softly, judging from his countenance he was very tired as if he was going on a long journey. Though he only passed through two small kingdoms, but he was already like this?

Prince Gaara gave a faint snort, he approached Yuuren then gave a scroll of parchment that still looked new.

Yukari looked at him questioningly after receiving the parchment, but she just scooped her shoulders. Yukari cursed in her heart at Gaara's attitude.

Yukari opened the parchment given to her earlier, her hazel staring at the contents of the serious document. Word for word he understood even though the contents of the parchment implied a different meaning.

His Hazel rounded a moment later a grin rose on his face.

"Is that so? So they're planning all this to achieve ambition?" mumbling slowly.

Gaara looked over and looked closely at his best friend. He wants to talk, but Yukari hasn't finished reading. He will wait patiently.

After finishing her reading, Gaara extended his hand again. This time not a parchment, but a map of a kingdom.

Yuuren again raised a questioning gaze at her best friend intending to ask for an explanation.

Gaara is still tight-lipped.

Yuuren stared at the map flatly, after looking longer he realized the map was different from the map he had.

"At least say something, I won't understand if you don't explain it" Yuuren said flatly.

"Have you read the parchment correctly?" gaara asked, his eyes looking at Yuuren full of probing.

"I'm sure, I've read it very carefully" he replied as he pressed the word.

Gaara gave a faint snort.

"If so, why don't you understand?"

"I'm still be-" her remark was cut off.

"Listen to my words, I've taught you about this even though my time is not enough. At least you remember one of them" Gaara said, staring intently at his net.

"Gomen, I only remember it at a glance" he said softly.

Gaara nodded mafhum.

"What's wrong, at least you remember."

"Then this map? Why is it different from the map I have?" Yuuren asked with a puzzled look.

"I'll explain it, I hope you listen well" Gaara half-sniffed.

Yuuren nodded obediently, though inwardly she was very upset. He was tired and needed rest, but the prince was red in front of this max to open his ears wide.

"The blue lines that are in some kingdoms I consider a line of danger, green a safe omen" Gaara said softly, frowning as Yuuren looked at him strangely. But he ignored her.

"As you can see, the blue lines are in Shibuya and Saito. And as you know from the contents of the parchment, that they are planning something bad for your kingdom. They had also expanded territory by seizing a small kingdom located not far from their kingdom."

Gaara paused for a moment to take a breath.

"You should know that the full content of the parchment you read is true. I've asked my confidants to investigate it and it's true. I've also investigated it myself if you doubt or don't believe me." Gaara explained.

"I started from the kingdom of Shibuya, they are indeed now on your side. Even from what I know the kingdoms of Tachibana and Shibuya work together in almost all fields. But one thing you should know is that they're not entirely on your side. They only used the kingdom of Tachibana for personal gain. They even planned to carry out a coup secretly. They did it maturely do you know? Shibuya intends to cancel your sister's engagement with King Hidan. They want Sasuke to be Yukatta's companion so that their plan goes more easily."

Gaara sighed softly before continuing.

"Saito, knowing that Shibuya's plans are not silent, also devises a plan to quash Shibuya's petty intentions. But unfortunately, Saito's plan is no less petty than Shibuya. I thought they were harmless, but I was wrong"

"I hope my explanation was enough to convince you."

Yuuren had already digested word by word from what Gaara had described earlier, he had already made up his mind this time. He looked at Gaara with complete confidence, because he believed Gaara would not do what Shibuya or Saito did.

"Gaara.." call her slow.

"Hn"

"May I ask?"

"Please"

"Are you going to support me? Under any circumstances? Even if they hate me? Or blaspheme for lying to them? Will you be by my side Takahashi Gaara?!" he said in a soft tone.

Gaara clasped the body of his best friend who is now in ruins, sobs were heard as he intensified his grip.

"I will stay by your side, even under any circumstances, I swear I will always be on your side even if they oppose you and even hate you. I will always support you in my own way" he said firmly.

Yuuren returned his best friend's embrace, before how long Yuuren's sobbing stopped. He looked up to look at Gaara.

"Thank you" he said with a sincere smile.

Gaara just nodded slowly while wiping away the tears that adorned his best friend's cheeks.

"No need to thank you, I'll always be there for you if you want. And without being asked, I'll always be by your side, that's my oath."

Yuuren further widened her smile when she heard Gaara's words.

"Gaara, my future wife will be angry if she hears it. You're like taking the wedding vows as long as you know" Yuuren said, staring at her.

"I don't care. Obviously, as long as you're here you're mine" Gaara quickly said.

"Hai-hai" Yuuren replied as she hugged her best friend back.
