Warmth of the Family 2

"Know Aurora, for the next few days she will stay here with us" Sandra said, introducing Aurora to all her siblings.

"I don't agree that this woman lives with us" exclaimed a young man who had just arrived who was none other than Rafi.

Hearing that cry of rejection, Aurora instantly turned her gaze towards that person. After seeing who was calling for the rejection, Aurora lowered her head. The same thing with Aurora, when she heard the call of rejection everyone who was there immediately turned his eyes towards Rafi. It was seen that Rafi's reddened face was holding back anger with her flat face while clenching both of her hands.

"Rafi.." call Sandra softly. Sandra approached Rafi and stroked Rafi's tightly clenched hands.

"Sit yuk" Sandra then pulled Rafi's hand and walked towards the dining table.

They both sat down followed by other family members who had just seen and listened to the debate. While Aurora herself was still standing still beside Sandra sitting while bowing her head.

"Rafi, Aurora's sister is actually good you know not as we value when we first met. Aurora's sister was like yesterday because she was looking for attention to be acknowledged by everyone. At home, Aurora is lonely and often alone because her father works and her mother now does not know where" Sandra said gently.

"Therefore, Aurora often makes problems in order to get attention from the people around her but the way is wrong. As long as that person does not harm us, it would be better if we embrace him so that his life is much better. But if that person wants to always harm us, yes we have to use another way" he continued.

Another way that Sandra meant is no longer a subtle way but is to execute it directly.

"He's the same as me?" rafi asked slowly but could still be heard by Sandra.

After a long silence, Rafi finally wanted to open her voice as well even though her voice sounded soft. Rafi looked at Sandra with her own eyes as she said the question.

"Yes, but Rafi is never alone anymore. There are brothers, sisters, papa, and others who always keep you. So then?" sandra replied as she stroked Rafi's cheek gently.

Rafi paused for a moment to think about what Sandra said. It's true what Sandra said, in the past when there was Sandra abroad he always felt the affection of his father and brother Sandra although sometimes he felt lonely because the two people were always working. Now here, even though his father and brother worked, there were still other family members who invited him to play. Rafi stood up from her seat then stood before Aurora.

"Sir Au-Aurora" called Rafi nervously.

Aurora who was summoned by someone who was in front of her also immediately straightened her head.

"I-iya" Aurora answered stammeringly after finding out who the person before her was.

Without a cue, Rafi hugged Aurora's body tightly making Aurora freeze. Even his body stiffened, yet there was a sense of warmth in his heart. Throughout his life, he rarely cuddled with anyone other than his papa. Unknowingly, Aurora returned Rafi's embrace no less tightly.

"Welcome... Brother Aurora" exclaimed everyone who was there after Rafi released her embrace from Aurora.

"Welcome to our family, Brother Aurora. Share all your grievances and happiness with us" Sandra said with a sincere smile when she saw Aurora's eyes glazed over.

"Thank you... Thanks, you guys are so good to me. Though I have been acting arbitrarily to you, especially Sandra and Rafi. I am happy to know you" Aurora said with a sweet smile.

"There is no need to remember what happened yesterday. Now it's time for us to eat" exclaimed Joseph, making everyone laugh.

They also ate together at the dining table greedily even though there was only silence there. After eating they get acquainted with each other, considering Aurora only knows the names of Sandra and Rafi.

"Sister Aurora is in college now?" ask Sandro to start a conversation to get to know more about Aurora.

Today they are all in the living room with some schoolwork or college textbooks. Their habit is to learn together in the family room so as not to feel lonely.

"Sister attended Brain University. It's 4th semester" Aurora answered clearly and Sandro just nodded his head in understanding.

"Sister Aurora don't be so awkward with us, here we are also just hitchhiking with sister Sandra so we are the same. Don't feel that Aurora's sister here is just hitchhiking, we're the same" Damar said innocently.

While Aurora who heard that was immediately shocked. The atmosphere there was also a bit more tense than before.

"We're just Sandra's foster brother but Sandra's sister treats us as rich as her siblings. Sandra's siblings are just Willy's sister and Sandro's sister. School, food, toys, and all that Sandra's sister who bears" Damar explained.

"Damar, you're nothing. Brother Sandra does not like it, you say rich, you are brothers even though you are not siblings. Once again there are those who talk richly, I will be angry" threatened Sandra with reasonable flatness, while Damar who said that immediately silent and lowered his head.

"Damar or the others, I don't want to hear anyone say that you're hitching a ride on me. I consider you my brothers so anything about you is my responsibility. You learn enough until you succeed, I only facilitate success it depends on you. Don't talk about it anymore, Damar, sister of this cute brother" said Sandra firmly but gently impressed while pinching her cheek softly.

Everyone there was so moved to hear Sandra's words. Sandro and Willy are proud to have a kind brother like Sandra. After that scene, everyone finally joked with laughter until almost midnight.
