The Leo Past

Leo is now heading to his own company that is unknown to the people around him including Sandra. His mind glanced at the events before he was successful like this.

It started from him to the residence of his grandparents who were in the city. His grandparents were not people of the community even though Leo's parents were businessmen. During this time his grandparents only worked odd jobs in a factory in the city with enough salary to meet their daily needs. Once in town, Leo attended school with the help of a scholarship because of his intelligence. When bullyan school and diatribe always floated on him because it came from ordinary people, but he was just silent. His mind at that time was only intended to quickly graduate and work, he always followed the race in the academic and non-academic fields whose prize was in the form of money.

Leo's first effort from the race money was he used to make a food stall or warteg in the area around the market and the station with the grandmother who cooked. His grandmother and grandfather at that time decided to run the business idea Leo and quit his job at the factory. His business was not always running smoothly, sometimes there are thugs who always ask for money deposit in his warteg, there are also other warteg traders who are envious so as to slander on his business. However, Leo and his grandparents did not stop trying. They are grateful for what they get every day.

After his food stall business was quite successful, he began to open his business again in the form of cafes and restaurants with wild racing results that he followed without the knowledge of his grandparents. The business did not run smoothly, even the cafe was evicted because he could not afford the rent of the place. Finally he ventured to borrow from the bank by guaranteeing the house of his grandparents, of course, with their consent.

After several months of difficulties, in the year 2 cafe and restaurant it stands finally he found his point of success. He was able to attract several investors to participate in helping develop his cafe and restaurant. Leo's ability to talk and negotiate is the main capital. After a successful cafe and restaurant, he gradually saved up to build the company.

He learned to build a company from teachers and lecturers where he went to school. He learned about management and finance about companies to be successful aided by them. Teachers and lecturers during his school and college at that time already knew the potential of his students so they tried to develop again because they could not help in terms of material but in terms of science alone.

By the time Leo was 16 years old, he had graduated from his S1 college in accounting. Then he focused on building his company little by little until he was as successful as he is now. Losses and near bankruptcy have become his daily food, but he does not give up because it will all be useful for his future with his loved ones. Now the big company LA Company was plastered in front of his eyes, proof of his struggle so far. He is proud of himself, to be successful at a young age.

Leo has arrived at the LA Company. After waking up from his daydream, he got out of the car that had been parked perfectly in the parking lot. Take it easy, Leo does not drive while daydreaming, but there is a driver who carries Leo's car.

Leo walked with a firm and gentle step, all the employees who passed by immediately lowered their heads slightly as a sign of respect. Leo doesn't wear masks like Sandra and Erick when in company. But if he is in a meeting with another company then he will wear his mask. Employees have also been sworn not to reveal the face of the CEO, if caught revealing will be given a punishment that he never imagined before.

"Good afternoon sir" said Leo's secretary, Audi Feriant. The girl is beautiful, simple, smart, and also loyal to the company of Leo. Leo just nodded his head slowly as Audi greeted him.

"Audi, get to my room immediately" Leo told Audi shortly after he was about to open the door to his study.

"Okay sir" replied Audi swiftly. Audi immediately brought some of the documents he needed to give to his superiors.

Geck... Geck... Geck...

"Get in" get the man behind it.

Audi immediately approached Leo's oversized table and gave the documents he had brought to Leo.

"One more thing, sir, there is an introduction to the new employee in the hall later in the afternoon. Will the master be present?" ask Audi.

"Yes" replied Leo briefly.

"Then excuse me sir" said Audi, who had nothing to do in Leo's study and was taken slowly by Leo.

Leo was seriously doing all his work until he almost forgot the event in his company. Recruitment of employees in Leo company is done regularly every year so once a recruit will definitely be many new employees. Therefore Leo must introduce himself and remind him of some rules that are in his company even though the HRD section has told them. This new employee introduction event was also attended by senior employees with various luxury foods of course.

Geck... Geck... Geck...

"Sorry sir, the introductory event with a new employee will begin soon" Audi said after opening the door to the CEO room.

Leo nodded slowly, then stood up from his seat of greatness and passed towards the hall room followed by Audi behind him.

"Have a cold boss very yes feeling, fortunately the boss is good when it comes to the welfare of his employees" the inner Audi who saw his boss during the trip to the hall just kept quiet with a cold look.

Tak... Tak... Tak...

The sound of knocking shoes with the floor echoed in the hall room that had been crowded by all LA Company employees. Everyone turned their eyes towards the voice. A tall, white male, a firm jaw, a flat face, cold yet authoritative appeared from the direction of the side door of the stage. Everyone stared in admiration at the young man, not least two new employees there.

"Good afternoon everyone, sorry to interrupt your meal and rest. I am here as secretary Mr. Leo to introduce our CEO who must be known by new employees in this company" Audi exclaimed loudly.

"I am proud to introduce Mr. Leonard, owner of LA Company" he continued by shouting, all who were there also gave a standing ovation.

"Thank you for the welcome. I am here to warn all of you who work for this company to always be loyal to the company, not to divulge company secrets, especially my face" said Leo in a cold tone.

"If you dare to publicize my face, your heads are at stake" he continued.

The remark scared all the employees and promised not to betray Leo's company. Leo circulated his gaze to the rest of the new employees and stopped his gaze when something froze him.
