Episode 3: Return to Korea

A woman in a light blue dress exuded a refreshing and friendly aura. He walked out looking around. It had been a long time not set foot in Korea finally back too that time. He sat in the waiting chair to activate his phone. Just activated, the sound of incoming messages uncontrollable until he had to silence the rules of his phone.

Some of the messages were aimed at work issues and some for personal matters. One of the most striking is the message from his friend who is in Indonesia. She said that her wedding would be held soon and she tried to invite Valerei but unfortunately, the invitation did not reach her. So, he intends to send an invitation via WhatsApp.

Valerei smiled, he replied to his message by praying for the happiness of the two people and asked for an account number, because he could not attend his best friend's event while in college. Then another message that is no less frenetic is a message from his friend who lives in the same country. There, she writes her birthday in a moment, just in case Valerei intends to give her a better gift she is introduced to a single male friend.

There was a lot of funny behavior from school friends. While he was in a state of chaos due to work, Valerei re-read a message considered funny to restore his recently broken mood. As he was about to turn off his phone again, a message came in.

After reading Frederick's message, the woman stood up and walked for a long time. As he was about to call a taxi, several men in black clothes blocked his eyes.

"Mrs?” call one of the guards. Two from behind approaching.

The woman turned around. "Yes?" his eyes probed, noticing three men were walking towards him.

"Master asked you to go home to the mansion" he replied he was not smiling, stiff.

Valerei was silent, not knowing how he should react. This bodyguard's attitude was very similar to someone's. He just follows, after all not a bad person Valerei said in his heart.

"Let's Madam" a bodyguard named Are directs Valerei to get in the car.

In the car, Valerei looked out the window. It has been almost 5 years since he left Korea, it feels like only yesterday he left. A few minutes passed, the car passed through his apartment. Recalling having to pick up something, he patted the back of Han's seat. "I want to go to the apartment to pick up the goods, can you guys stop for a second?"

The two people in black in front of each other exchanged glances then a person named Han turned to give the code to Are who was sitting next to Valerei to answer.

"Sorry Madam but it looks like we can't get there" he said

"Can't it be for a minute? I just want to take the goods, just for a moment." replied Valerei firmly

Han was confused, there was no way he would break his boss' orders. So he lied so Valerei wouldn't go to his apartment. "But Madam, that apartment is already for sale!" He thought Valerei could be fooled by young.

"Oh yeah? The apartment was bought in my name, it's strange that Darren sold my apartment without discussing!" Valerei.

Are gazing forward, Han's reasoning was completely unreasonable.

"Come to the apartment" he said excitedly. Valerei doubts her husband will sell her goods or property.

"But Madam, sir must be angry if we don't take you straight to the mansion" Han said

"No need to worry, he won't be angry. Come on" Varelie relaxed, pointed at one of the apartments.

"You wanna come upstairs or wait in the car?" valerei asked as he opened the door and got out of the car

"We're coming upstairs, ma'am" they replied funny.

“Come!" raise the hand of the code to follow it.

The Apartment

"What else is it?" he spoke to himself slowly. "Hhmm, Ah pillow!” the answer is flicking a finger. Valerei ran slowly towards the room to pick up her favorite pillow.

"Why did Madam take the pillow? There's nothing in the mansion?" the driver who drove him laughed. Valerei heard Han speak, Vaguely. "When the pillows are different, there's nothing like this." she showed him her bear pillow and her stomach panda.

"Oh yeah well, you can't have such a funny pillow, sir is scary." Realize that he said to close his mouth tightly. Everyone in the apartment fell silent then laughed loudly at Han's pent-up honesty.

"You seem to have to get ready to idle Han!" obviously the driver with a face made up of pity.

Han who was aware of it instantly saw Valerei with a slashing face. "Mrs, can you let this pass? Just once?" Han with a gloomy face wiggled his index finger upwards while pleading not to be yelled at the Boss.

Valerei who was laughing now stopped, feeling pity is also funny. Well, she knew her husband was strict, but it was impossible just because Han's words were true that he would be fired. Of course for an employee there are times when the boss looks scary. That's natural.

"alright. Come on, my husband is furious" Valerei laughed again and walked out of the apartment, the guards behind him just shook their heads to see the behavior of his boss' wife.

Varelie was surprised, looking for the source of the voice. Who tuned the song so hard in the car. Valerei glanced at the car radio that was not on. He kept looking for her until the song stopped and changed with Han's voice talking to someone over the phone. Valerei turned to speak to Are. "That should, Han's ringtone?" ask valerei curiously.

Are nodding small, he noticed there was a faint, very faint smile. "Yes, Madam."

Varelie nodded in understanding, the song reminded her of the Korean variety show "The Return Of Superman, Triplets" three absolutely adorable twins. I also want twins, Inner Valerei voiced.

The luxurious house stood firmly in front of him. The woman got out of the car and looked around the mansion. "Much has changed!" she said she walked into the house but her steps came to a halt as someone cheerfully hummed while arranging flowers.

It's not very clear to see his face. Valerei asked. "Who is that woman?"

"He's a bodyguard just like us, ma'am." replied Are.

He looked around the mansion many guards standing guard. Valerei was confused not that a female bodyguard should not be arranging flowers. There were even female bodyguards on guard as well, but strangely one of them was there happily arranging flowers.

"Didn't she look like the hostess?" he said quietly without being heard.

Even some of the female bodyguards looked at her strangely, like saying 'she should be just like us!' It felt strange, he could feel the nuance.

Valerei wanted to ask further but Are first asked him to enter "Please Madam, Mister is waiting for you" he said, this woman followed Are but her mind was still fixed on the female bodyguard in the park earlier.
