The Plan That Failed - Episode 73

Reza decided to lie down for a few minutes to look like he was really sleeping. Time continued to run and unconsciously Reza even overslept and when he opened his eyes and looked at the clock, he was surprised because it was 3 pm.

"Hoaamm-chan... Holy hooch! i overslept! how much is this!?" Said Reza who realized he accidentally overslept when he wanted to pretend to sleep.

"Three o'clock in the afternoon!? looks like I overslept. I better check it out." Said Reza who immediately came out without further ado.

"Finally you wake up, Reza, we've been waiting for you." Said Evan who looked ready like he wanted to go somewhere.

Looking at Evan who was preparing to go somewhere, Reza immediately remembered that Bu Mira and Mr. Sarya would invite them to go on the road so that no one could interfere with the work of Mr. Akbar and Mr. Winata. Reza also immediately pretended not to know and lied if he already knew everything.

"Why do you seem ready to go somewhere?" Ask Reza to Evan.

"Bu Winata said he would take us by the road. So we're ready first." Evan answered while wearing the same brown jacket he had worn when they had been on vacation before.

Reza remained silent and did not answer. Shortly after that Mira came and approached her to tell her that they would soon go out.

"Finally I'll wake up Reza too, let's quickly prepare yourself. We'll soon be going on a road." Said Ms. Mira after walking towards Reza. Bu Mira's face looked very relaxed like nothing.

Seeing that fake face, Reza also felt a little uncomfortable because he was like being on a stage of a drama show that made him also have to act.

"Okay, I'll be ready." Reply Reza who put up a fake sting.

Reza immediately went into the room and prepared to be there. Outside Bu Mira seemed to smile thinking if he had been successful in inviting them all the way in order to divert their attention from Bu Winata and Mr. Akbar. After getting ready to be ready, Reza immediately went out to be with his friends. Then the afternoon, they immediately prepared to leave and there Evan seemed to wonder why Mr. Akbar and Bu Winata did not come.

"Ehh, they have to go somewhere else. S-so they can't come." Bu Mira's lies so that their plans are not revealed.

Evan who knows nothing can only believe in the words of Ms. Mira. When everyone got into the car, they immediately left. At the same time it looks like Uncle Reza has come home from his job and entered the Reda House which looks neat and not messy anymore.

In the middle of the journey looks Reza who was initially playing his phone, suddenly just staring into the glass in the car. Mr. Sarya who saw it also knew for sure if Reza asked him to return immediately. A few minutes had passed and the atmosphere in the car was very quiet without any sound.

"What do you want to eat next night?" Bu Mira asked broke the silence there.

For some reason, no one answered the question and because no one tried to answer the atmosphere came back awkward and silent.

Shortly after that, the car stopped in the middle of the road. Bu Nira looked astonished and asked Mr. Sarya.

"Why stop? is the gas running out?" Ask Ms. Mira.

"We'll be back." Answer Mr. Sarya while trying to turn back.

"What's!? do you want the child in danger!?" Ask Bu Mira who does not agree with the decision taken by Mr. Akbar.

"I made the mistake of not helping Reza when her parents and sister left her. I foolishly agreed to her uncle's decision to leave Reza at that boarding school and just give her money for everyday life. If this helps Reza and makes things better, I hope my decision isn't wrong." Said Mr. Sarya who seemed to have rounded his throat to help Reza.

"But have you thought about the consequences!?" Ms. Mira also seemed to get angry and still disagree if she had to involve Reza with others.

"We better leave it to them. I don't know how it's gonna end, but I'm sure it's gonna be okay. After all this is a matter of the Reza family itself and we can't deny it." Answer Mr. Sarya.

"Hahh, there seems to be no way to persuade you anymore. I'm going to come along. But promise me, if anything happens to all of them, then you have to take responsibility." Said Bu Mira whose heart seemed to be filled by the words of Mr. Sarya.

Mr. Sarya also seemed very relieved when he saw that Bu Mira also agreed. Maybe it looks like it was forced. But in her heart, Mira desperately wants to help the child of her late best friend.
