Chapter 9: His Sacrifice

In short, the night came. The middle of the night was so quiet that the intruder's warning was heard so noisy in Cassandra's ears, and the palace was immediately troubled by the arrival of humans who carried weapons in the form of spears.

The men flocked to the palace, and in the group of men were four men wearing black robes. They so brutally threw the spears at the guards who were guarding the castle fortress.

"The waiters! immediately bring Cassandra's daughter into the safe room at the library!" lucas shouted as he hastily picked up his sword to catch up with the guards to the front of the palace fortress.

After two hours had passed, the humans had managed to kill one great bodyguard and six primary guards. One of the royal guards managed to leave following Felix who was on duty.

In the end, the mess was conveyed by the bodyguard to Felix. Felix who was angry and worried immediately immediately rode his dark horse very quickly in order to return to the palace with a short time.

Casandra's circumstances, was the main factor why Felix decided to return immediately, and he was so angry why his sister did not tell him through the pigeon sending the message as usual.

Arriving Felix in front of the palace gate was not half-hearted he was immediately attacked by the humans who were ready to attack the vampire nation. But for the vampire prince they were all just a puff of dust that he could easily fly away.

All the humans who were there were instantly killed by Felix who used the power of his lightning bolt, and they all died by being electrocuted in just a few seconds. However there were still four black-robed people still standing in front of him, and challenging Felix to a fight.

One of the four men in black robes stepped forward toward Felix, "Wah .. wah, without the slightest guilt you have killed all the humans who are here, but unfortunately your strength is still able to overcome, even though we received a little burn because of your strength."

The color of Felix's eyeballs instantly turned into a deep red when he saw the four people, "What do you want? if you hadn't brought these humans here, they might still be alive today."

"They just want freedom. If the prince is willing, fight us now, and try to kill us if you really want to do it" said one of the men.

Felix accepted the offer, "Don't ask me if I'm willing or not, I will definitely defend my throne."

And the four black-robed humans instantly attacked Felix, "Strike!"

The sound of the sword being held back was clearly heard. But the swordplay of the humans has not been able to match the shrewdness of the vampire nation, their abilities can still be overcome by Felix easily.

The fight continued until the noise of the sword was heard back into Cassandra's ear who was in the protective room. Cassandra immediately looked outwards, and she was shocked to see Felix fighting against the four black-robed humans.

"Felix!" cassandra shouted with a look of her face that was so worried, and cold sweat immediately poured out.

"I have to follow him there, where can a vampire as stupid as he was to fight so hard" said Cassandra.

But unfortunately his servants prevented him from going out, and persuaded him to remain in the protective room, "Daughter don't! it's very dangerous outside."

But Cassandra ignored their ban, she just ran away, and locked the servants away from the outside. Cassandra hurried down the stairs, plus her heart beating so fast, she just wanted to stop this fight.

Cassandra immediately ran out of the palace to stop the fight, "Felix! stopit!"

Felix glanced at Cassandra with a face that instantly turned anxious, "Ca-cassandra?"

The opportunity was very well utilized by one of the black-robed humans, but Cassandra who turned out to have realized her immediately ran towards Felix to head off the black-robed man, and when Felix was about to be pierced by Cassandra's golden dagger immediately confronted him so that the dagger finally landed into Cassandra's stomach.
