Still in the hospital.

Thomas picks up a cell phone and calls Erik to find food and drinks for himself and Rissa..

"Where's your elk?" ask Thomas briefly.

"I'm outside the boss' room!" erik answered from outside the room.

Thomas closed the conversation with Erik. Now he changed his phone call.

"What's wrong with Thomas?"
