61. Leira's engagement plan.

"The leira?!" nicholas said half-shouting as he glanced at his parents asking for answers

Alissa shrugged her shoulders while smiling. While Niko, pretending not to pay attention to the words of her Son.

Not waiting any longer, Nicholas immediately ran towards the origin of the sound.

"Leira!" call Nicholas.

However, he had to swallow a huge disappointment, because he could not find the figure of the person he was in.

Nicholas' body droops as he recalls all the memories of his time with Leira, the person he's loved all along.

As Nicholas began to feel desperate, the voice of the person he missed so much came from behind.

"Why sit on the floor?"

Nicholas was startled and immediately turned his head towards the person who was reprimanding him.

"Leira!" nicholas shouted with a carefree heart.

"When are you going to Surabaya, Ra?" nicholas asked with a heart that was flowing.

Leira smiled, then kept the plate in her hand first.

"I leave at two o'clock in the morning." Leira replied with an expanding smile on her lips.

"Why didn't you tell me first, Ra?" nicholas said as he helped Leira put together the spoon and fork on the table.

"I told you, it's a part too." replied Leira to make Nicholas surprised.

"Satan? When's? Same who?"

"Boom with Mamah, Papah, and me!" elena's voice sounded from behind them.

"You say goodbye to them, Ra?" nicholas asked as he pointed towards his sister.

Elena pursed her lips, as Nicholas pointed her right at the nose.

"Well, bad!" chirps Nicholas when he sees Leira nodding towards him.

"What's so bad?" asked Alissa who came to the dining room with Mila, and her Husband.

Nicholas turned his head, and again surprised by the presence of Mila among his family.

"This is actually what kind of event, Mah? Why are Leira and Aunt Mila in our house? That's it, I'm not told anything else, same you guys." Nicholas protested to his mother.

"I'm sorry, Nichol. Aunty and Leira came to Surabaya without saying goodbye to you." said Mila with an awkward smile.

Alissa shifted the chair for her to sit on, and let Mila sit on the chair next to her.

"Don't think too much, Ma'am. We'd better eat it, baby, Leira's tired of cooking, but we don't eat it" Alissa said, scooping the rice from her place.

"Mah ...,"

Nicholas tried to protest back the words of his mother, Alissa. But Niko immediately stopped her intentions, and instead told Nicholas to sit down and eat with them all.

"Hows it? Aren't you?" alissa asked as she added a piece of chicken thigh on Nicholas' plate which replied with a nod.

"Yes already, spend it. If you like, Leira can prepare for you every day" said Alissa again who made Nicholas stop eating.

"You mean, what? How can Leira cook for Nichol every day? Leira's house wants to move to Surabaya?" nicholas asked as he glanced at Leira who was now looking down embarrassedly in her chair.

"It's not the house that moved, it's the person" Elena said, wiping her mouth with tissue.

Nicholas glanced at Leira, then turned to look at Mila who looked smiling towards him.

"What's up, Mah?" asked Nicholas while frowning.

"Later Mamah, after finishing eating yes, dear.'' replied Alissa while stroking her Son's cheek full of tenderness.

After the meal was over, everyone gathered in the living room with an assortment of expressions on their faces.

"Say, someone wants you to explain. About, what's that, Mah?" nicholas asked impatiently.

"Who would you like to hear an explanation from? From Mamah? From Aunt Mila? Or, from Leira?" Alissa asked Nicholas.

Nicholas scratched his non-itchy head, as Alissa asked him like that.

According to Nicholas, the mother just wanted to test her patience.

"Just give it up, Mah. For Nichol, it's the same. Whether it's from Mamah, Aunt Mila, or Leira. Importantly, Nicholas was not confused anymore."

"Well, if that is the case, let Papah you do the talking." replied Alissa who made Nicholas even more frustrated with his behavior.

"Gfts!" Elena instantly shut her mouth restraining her laughter from coming out.

While Nicholas we roll our eyes lazily, because the father seems to be playing with his feelings.

"What?! Leira wants a fiancee? with who?" nicholas asked half-shouting with a face that showed panic.

"For that, you can ask directly to the person himself." replied Niko as she glanced and smiled towards Leira.

Nicholas glanced at Leira who was currently still bowing her head.

"Ra, answer me! Is it true, what my father said just now?"

The atmosphere became silent for a moment, after everyone Niko took out of the living room.

"Ra, please answer me!" said Nicholas with a high tone.

"That's right, Nichol! I will indeed have the engagement for three more days, exactly as Om Niko said just now." replied Leira without raising her face.

Nicholas' heart was broken to hear of Leira's engagement.

It seems, Leira is not sensitive to the feelings of Nicholas who has always loved her.

However, Nicholas did not want to be a selfish man. Leira is his childhood friend, a friend he loves, and he loves to this day. Nicholas must remain supportive, every decision Leira has made for her future life.
