Phineas was driving his car with Alesha sitting next to him sleeping due to the long ride. They were supposed to be hanging out with the others, but the hospital that Phineas requested to find a kidney donor for Alesha suddenly contacted them, saying that there was a suitable donor.

Phineas happily contacted Cherry saying that if the kidney donor for Alesha had been found, they had permission not to join the others at Cornelius' house.
