Elton walked with his body drenched in blood. His leg entered the hospital. His head was bleeding and both his hands were injured from withstanding the wooden punch directed at him. Instead of being in pain, the man staggered while smiling at his own smile.

Everyone who saw him was surprised instead of playing when they saw Elton in such a state.

"Someone please, there's a patient here!!!" the nurses came to the man with panicked faces.

"Good God, you're coming with us!" said one of the nurses. The hospital is known for the best service they always provide to patients no matter what their status or appearance. Especially for private hospitals is patient safety.

Maybe they both are friends. At the same time Rania was walking while discussing with her doctor colleagues, at that time she saw the condition of Elton is very terrible.

His hand spontaneously landed on Alesha's forehead which had a fever a few minutes ago.

"He's improving" the man murmured. But a moment later he realized what he had just done.

Quickly he pulled his palm from the girl's forehead with a shocked face on himself.He himself was shocked by what he was doing let alone the standby paramedics in the room.

"What am I doing!?" thought Phineas while rubbing his face violently. Just because Alesha experienced the same thing as her late sister, she felt compassionate towards the girl until she made her sympathies come out.

Phineas turned around while patting his own head, He stepped his foot out of the room. But the soft sound of Alesha's crying made her stop the footsteps.
