On April 04, 2026, Vinnie held the International Criminals Conference in Lima City, Peru.
The meeting was attended by 5 countries including TRIAD from China led by Shen Liangyi, Yakuza from Japan led by Tadashi Amada, La Cosa Nostra from Italy led by Hanna Clarkson, Al\-Qaeda of the United Emirates led by Prince Yusuf bin Abbas, Kuratong Baleleng of Philippina led by Jonah Nimuel.
Vinnie arrives accompanied by Himiko, Steve, EMQIE, and Xinjen.
“Halo good afternoon everyone. It's the first time we've held an International Criminals Conference.”.
Suddenly Vinnie's words were cut off by Jonah. “Anu, sir. Can you end the Basa\-Basinya. Jump to the point only.”Said Jonah.
“Ok. Let me introduce 2 Cyborg Robots by Adolf Emmerson. The Black and Bald are called EMQIE while the Yellow-eyed are called Xinjen.”Vinnie.
“Is it true they are Robots, sir? Looks like they're like regular Humans.”Ask Hanna.
“True. This is what is called technology. At first, they were human. But, thanks to the science of Technology owned by Adolf Emmerson human can be united with the machine.”Vinnie.
“For what purpose did you develop Cyborg Technology?”Ask Tadashi.
“As Military weapons. In the future, we will no longer need a Human Army. All Soldiers will be replaced with Cyborg.” RobotVinnie.
Everyone inside the building immediately applauded.
“It's good sir! But, in the future Do not use Humans as Cyborg Humans. Create a robot that is similar to humans. If that's what I just agreed.”Yusuf.
“Take it easy, Prince Yusuf. This Cyborg Man is just a Simulation for Robot Technology going forward. In fact they can be returned again to Human by way of Operation.”Vinnie.
“In addition to the Cyborg problem earlier, what else will you discuss in this Meeting?”Ask Hanna.
“Oh yes. Starting today we will form a Team.”Vinnie.
“Tim? Meaning?”Ask Yusuf.
“We will form a Terrorist Team. We will terrorize and rule this world together. Do you all agree?”Ask Vinnie.
“We don't mind anyway, don't we Friends\-Friends?”Ask Tadashi.
“Iya, yes.”Answer the other.
“Then let EMQIE explain our First Mission. Please EMQIE.”Emqie says.
“Good, boss. Our First Mission is to Steal Bank International Xiamen, China.”Emqie says.
“For what should we rob the Bank of all?”Ask Tadashi.
“Not that what you used to do?”Ask Vinnie.
“Gak, you sir. We never robbed the bank. What we do is usually Murder, Corruption, Miras Business, Drugs, and Prostitution. Besides we never did.”Answer Hanna.
“It's Robot again, Robot again. Let's Rob Bank.”Take Yusuf.
“Eh, Didn't you just refuse?” Ask Vinnie.
Everyone did not hear Vinnie and instead went off.Depart 9 Terrorist Team Members from City of Five to Xiamen city by plane. 15 Hours later, the Terrorist Team arrived at Xiamen Gaoqi Airport.

16 Km later, the Terrorist Team arrived at the Bank.

“This is the money sir.”Shen.
“Thank you.”Answer the Bus Driver.
The Terrorist Team entered through the Back Door of the Bank.
“How can we break in?”Ask Vinnie.
“Let me and Himiko who will distract Security. You guys go inside first.”Hanna.
“Good.”Answer Vinnie. Hanna and Himiko go to the Bank Cashier pretending\wanted to save. While Security was off guard, Vinnie and the others broke into the bank. Yusuf went to the control center to turn off the CCTV.
“Teman\-friends, now it's safe. I turned off the CCTV. Go inside.”Yusuf.
“Good.”Answer the other.
Vinnie and other friends\-friends managed to get into the Money Safe. They managed to take as much as 5,000,000 Yuan.
"This is enough. Let's go home."Take Vinnie.
"Come on."Answer the other.
No one was aware of the bank robbery that made Vinnie safely home.
