Terrorism has long been a problem that never ends. For the sake of getting something, the perpetrators of terror will not hesitate to justify all means. Either through halal or illegal roads.

The rise of acts of terrorism experienced by various countries made the United Nations forced to intervene. On May 12, 2020, the United Nations convened a meeting on the establishment of the International of Counter Terrorist Force \(ICTF\).

"ISIS is doing it again. As many as 20 cities in Afghanistan have been affected by the Civil War. Yesterday we got a letter from the President of Afghanistan, that the President can no longer handle ISIS. Where's our ICTF team?" Ask the UN chief.

Tomorrow afternoon, the United Nations inaugurated the formation of the 2nd generation ICTF. A total of 20 countries were elected by the UN as permanent members of the ICTF.

"Now is the time for a speech from the 2nd generation Chairman of ICTF. Vinnie Syarif is welcome to come forward.".

"Hello good afternoon everyone. My name is Vinnie Syarif. I am 21 years old. I am from Chicago, United States. Please cooperate in the future, everyone. Thank Yank.".

"Short t-shirts are very much his speech?".Ask Antonio.

"I don't know what else to say, sir".

"Yes it is time for the speech of the 2nd generation Vice Chairman of ICTF. Antonio Fernandez is welcome to come forward.".

"Hello good afternoon everyone. My name is Antonio Fernandez. I am 16 years old. I am from Toulouse, France. I am currently in 1st grade High School. Even though Vinnie and I are from different cities, we are brothers.".

More than 45 minutes had passed, Antonio was still making a speech. "Already, so. Thank you for the speech."Said Antonio.

"Eh but I'm still not finished.".

"Of course, our time is not enough. Now is the time to inaugurate all 2nd generation ICTF officers.".

The next morning after the inauguration, Vinnie awakens from his dream. When Vinnie saw the clock.

"God. It was 11pm, but it was my first day at work. But if it's this hour, where can work. Sleep again ah...".

"Not present, sir" said Antonio.

"While the chairman is absent, please gather troops. We're gonna go get help to Kabul.".

"Ready, jack!". ICTF troops leave for Kabul, Afghanistan with WHO and FAO.

"In Kabul, there is currently a war between ISIS and the Afghan government. First of all we will divide into 2 groups. The first group will fight in the Deh Sabz area.

While the second group will fight in the area of the Vizier Abad. When the war is over, everyone should gather in the Sash Darak area. There we will encircle ISIS headquarters.

To minimize casualties, evacuate all civilians, especially women and children\-children! Understood?" Ask Antonio.

"understand!"Cheers of the whole army. A total of 60 ICTF soldiers were dropped from Helicopters to start the war.

"Teachers, attack!".

5 Months on, the ICTF war with ISIS has just ended marked by ICTF victory. ISIS General Khalid Al\-Asad was executed by the Afghan government. Although 5 months have passed, there has been no news from the ICTF chairman, Vinnie Syarif.

Until now, Vinnie has never been to work. On October 18, 2020, a Postman brought a letter from the United Nations to Vinnie. It contained a letter of dismissal of Vinnie Syarif from the ICTF Team. After reading the contents of the letter, Vinnie rushed to take a plane ticket to Honolulu, Hawaii to sue the Vice Chairman of ICTF.

"Antona!What\-what does this letter mean?!".

"You're fired".

"Error? How long have you been absent from work?".

"Just 5 months doang, kok?".

"Based on Law\United Nations number 7 paragraph 1 states that any UN employee who has been absent for more than 2 Weeks for no apparent reason will be fired!".
