Did What?

Kevin looked at the mirror in the sink finished the shower. Kara's question about Josh, made her a little disturbed, eager to tell all the misunderstandings that occurred so far, but she was afraid Kara was hurt. Several times met Kara, making Kevin feel comfortable with others, which he had not felt. She likes to hear Kara tell her stories, or just accompany her. I don't know, Kevin doesn't want to deny his feelings, he wants to enjoy every togetherness with Kara.

Kevin looked at the screen of his phone, read some incoming messages, several times there was an incoming call from Stella.

Next week I'll have an event in Washington, can we meet?

Kevin read a message from Stella, then put his phone to the nightstand, and lay his body on the bed, staring at the sky of the room. Kara's face was still in her mind. Remember the night before Brian got married, at the bar. The first meeting with Kara that ended up embarrassing, made him always think of the woman. Kevin rubbed his face with both hands, then took out a cell phone, he opened a message for Kara. A few times, and then delete it. Read it over and over again, but hesitated to send it.

Kara finished the bath, while drying her hair, she read the incoming message from Kevin. A smile spread on his lips,

Equally, glad someone helped me finish my cooking.

Will I have dinner with me again tomorrow?

Kara stares at her phone screen, reading Kevin's repeated questions. Did Kevin ask her out on a date? Half his heart wanted to accept, but the other half still remembered Josh.

Kara remembered Matilda's message, I deserve to be happy.

Josh is my dead fiancee, and I have to move on with my life. All right, I'll try it, again with Kevin. If I don't feel comfortable, I'll just back off.

Kara replied to Kevin's message.

All right, I'll see you tomorrow. Good evening.

Kara smiles thinly reading a reply to Kevin, then puts the phone on the table, and immediately closes her eyes to be lulled into a beautiful dream.

Long, Kevin waited for a reply from Kara, he had regretted himself inviting Kara to dinner with him, fearing Kara refused him. Almost Kevin closed his eyes, heard his phone ringing, and in reply a message from Kara. Kevin cheered happily when reading a reply from Kara, there was a sense of happiness tucked in his heart, as if he was still a dozen years old about to go prom night with his partner.

Kevin can't wait for tomorrow, to be reunited with Kara.

Kevin waited for Kara in his office lobby, guess ten minutes to see her.

"Come!" take Kevin, Kara follows Kevin from behind. Kevin opens the car door and closes it after Kara enters. Not long before Kevin came in and soon passed from the office where Kara worked.

"I'll take you to the best Italian restaurant."

"The distance is about an hour and a half away" said Kevin. Kara plays the radio in the car, enjoys the sound of the song playing. Kara's hair fluttered in the wind, looking very pretty.

After an hour and a half, they arrived at a simple house, in the courtyard, with several parked cars. Kara was stunned for a moment to see the scene in front of her. Kevin opens the car door for her, Kara smells pizza when the car door opens.

"What is this place?" ask Kara. "A home-style Italian restaurant. I think it's delicious, try it!"

They walk towards the restaurant, Kevin opens the door and lets Kara in. From afar a middle-aged woman welcomed their arrival.

"Good God, my son Kevin! Why not tell me if you want to come here? Oh, wait, I seem to know you beautiful Nonna!" The woman hugged Kevin, then turned her attention to Kara, her eyes looking at Kara's face trying to remember.

"Geez, are you Bobby's daughter?" Hearing her papa name called, Kara nodded with a smile.

"Marco, come here, see who's coming!" the woman called her husband who was busy in front of the pizza stove.

"This is Uncle Marco and Aunt May" Kevin introduced them to Kara.

Uncle Marco hugged Kevin and looked at Kara, "You're Bobby's daughter?" Kara nodded, Uncle Marco hugged her.

"Geez, you're so beautiful, I used to carry you around to get ingredients on the shelf, because they didn't make it, '" recalled Uncle Marco, Kara laughed out loud recalling her childhood memories with Uncle Marco.

"Let's sit here!" bring Aunt May. Kevin and Kara follow Aunt May, while Uncle Marco returns to the front of the furnace.

"May I see Uncle making pizza?" ask Kara to Aunt May. "Of course, please son!" Kara immediately stood towards the cooking room that had a furnace.

Kara saw every pizza-making process, from expanding the dough, then toping, to putting pizza into a traditional fire stove. When the dough began to mature the aroma of sauces combined with various toppings began to taste fragrant making Kara swallow.

Uncle Marco was his Papa's best friend, often helping out in the restaurant kitchen before he had his own place. After marrying her Aunt May they moved to another state, since then Kara has never heard from her again.

"Since when have you dated her, son?" aunt May asked Kevin on the corner of the room. "I just got to know him a while ago," Kevin replied, staring at Kara who was still seriously looking at the process of grilling pizza. "Forget Stella, live your new life happily. Auntie sure, Kara could be your life partner." Kevin frowned at the word Aunt May said. "Auntie knows her family, Kara's a good kid." Aunt May convinced Kevin.

"He's Josh's fiancee" Kevin said softly. Aunt May looked at Kevin intently, "You like that girl?" looking towards Kara. "Come away!" Kevin raises both shoulders. "Look! Don't lose it, just regret it, son!" Aunt May pats Kevin on the shoulder, leaving him alone. Kevin fell silent and turned to look at Kara, who replied with a smile while carrying the cooked pizza to their table.

"Hmmmmmh.... It smells so good. Honestly, my stomach is very hungry to smell the pizza made by Uncle Marco" Kara said, taking a slice of pizza from the baking dish. Kevin was still staring at Kara, so adorable.

Aunt May came to bring them drinks, put them on the table, and brought them pasta. "Wow, thank you so much Auntie!" Kara stared at the dish on her desk with a smile. "I'll definitely spend it!" Aunt May laughed at Kara's excited look, then turned to look at Kevin, patting him on the shoulder gesturing to approach Kara.

Kara is a beautiful woman who is agile, some people have told her about Kara. Kevin looked at Kara's finger, there was no ring around his finger anymore, as he had met Kara some time ago near his office.

Does Kara give a sign that she can accept others?

Kevin sips his drink, then eats pizza, while Kara is seen enjoying pasta and pizza alternately like a child who finds his favorite food.
