Now that Khalid was holding onto the door knob of Iqbal's house, it became clear that there was a voice like a quarrel between two men.

15 Minutes later, an ambulance came from outside. Rio and Khalid themselves were very sure that it was the doctor they called here.
Khalid stepped out, and the sick man's car was parked right in front of Khalid's car.

The old man was excited, while Khalid wanted to quickly go inside when he saw Rio leading a doctor and a nurse into the house.

"This is the one we've been treating Mr Rio?" the young doctor was confused when he saw two patients here. While he only brought equipment for one person, because that was what Rio said on the phone.
Rio and Khalid walked towards Iqbal, "this one sir!"
The doctor and the nurse followed Rio and Khalid, and stared fixedly at Iqbal.

The situation is not realized by the doctor, Rio and the nurse. But Khalid realized, only he did not want to interfere with the garbage.
As far as Khalid, from the side door of Iqbal's house they could go to the rear parking lot. There was a car there too, indeed Sabrina and her boyfriend were walking there because Khalid heard the roar of the car now.
Khalid had his temples so full of dizziness that he did not want his marriage to be like this one day if he had married someone he did not know.
Before long, the doctor left Khalid, Rio and Iqbal who were still limp in the sofa. Sabrina and her boyfriend went nowhere and it didn't matter to Khalid at all.
