CH - 37: After the Storm

A few hours passed, the storm that had been strong began to stop slowly, Sanda and Sena were seen sleeping in their arms.

When Sanda realized, how surprised he was to see the situation in front of his eyes. The roofs of the houses scattered before his eyes, leaves and some tree branches filled the entire surrounding asphalt. Right in front of him, his motorbike was hit by several tree branches and strangely, next to them was completely safe.

Sanda who was awakened in such a state, instantly woke Sena who was in his arms.

"Sena." said Sanda while patting Sena's shoulder

Sena also woke up because of the sound and clapping of Sanda's hands on her shoulders.

When Sena opened her eyes, she was surprised to see her surroundings.

"Oh my goodness, Sanda. The storm was so great, so the road is not the way anymore" said Sena

"Yes, right Sena. We fell asleep in this terrible storm" Sanda said

"And we." said Sena while looking at the situation of himself and Sanda.

"Alright" said Sena softly because of disbelief, he thought that he and Sanda would be hurt. But apparently not, they're both fine

"I told you, a lot of things haven't happened, nothing to be afraid of. Like the current events, your fear is not really happening, right" Sanda told Sena

Sena who now saw Sanda, immediately hugged Sanda while saying.

"Honey, we're alive and well" Sena said in tears

"Yes, my lover. We are fine." said Sanda while stroking Sena's shoulder

*From Sarah's side

Now, Sarah and their other friends, began to arrive downtown after the storm began to subside, because the absence of news from Sena made Sarah and other friends feel worried.

Sarah is now in the car, along with her classmates. Only up to the border of the city center, their cars could not pass through the road because on the border road between their area and the city center, blocked by a large tree that fell to the ground to cover the flow of the vehicle.

"Sarah, how do we get through this" said one of Sarah's friends

"Geez, this is just the border, how the city center that became the main place of the impromptu storm appeared" said one of Sarah's other friends

Not yet Sarah answered, suddenly her phone rang, there was a call coming in, and the call was from Mama Sena.

"Hello, Auntie" said Sarah after raising the call

"How, Sarah. Have you seen Sena?" ask Mama Sena in that phone call

With a heavy heart, Sarah answered.

"Something? What does Sarah mean?" ask Mama Sena

"Yes, Aunt. We're stuck right now right on the border road to downtown. There was a big tree that fell in the way of our car" Sarah told Mama Sena

*From Sanda's Mother's side

Sanda's mother and Sanda's sisters are now in the middle room, after the storm subsided, Sanda's mother still told Salisa many times to call her brother, Sanda. Although the call was never connected, because the signal in the city center was a disturbance caused by a storm.

"Salisa, call your brother again" Salisa's mother told Salisa

Salisa who had been calling Sanda, did not get any answers, because the call never arrived.

"Already, Mom. Not connected." Salisa told his mother

Soon enough, the bored Sky began to turn on the TV, as the electricity had just come on a few minutes ago, after almost 3 hours of power outages.

When Sky had just turned on the TV, there was a news update, which described the situation in the city center. In the news, one of the news presenters explained that there was a lot of destruction in the city center, some roofs of the houses flew and there were some big trees that fell. Even on a road until covered with leaves and branches of trees.

"Geez, may you be well my son" Sanda's mother said after seeing the news

"Have, don't cry anymore, the proof is that now you and I are alive, we're fine, right" Sanda said as she wiped Sena's tears

"I'm sorry for being too whiny, Sanda. Sorry." Sena said to Sanda

"It's okay" Sanda replied to Sena

Sanda started to stand up from her seat, while pulling Sena's hand.

"Come, we're going to the old library now" Sanda said

"What's right, Sanda." said Sena while standing up because she held the hand of Sanda who was pulling it

"The path is filled with leaves and branches of trees, how do we get through it?" ask Sena to Sanda

"Why do you have to think about it that far, Sena. Come on, it's just leaves and twigs of trees, we just pass by." replied Sanda casually to Sena

*From Sarah's side

Now they all finally get through the road, after not long from being trapped earlier, came Damkar car that fast movement to solve the problem in the middle of the road.

Now Sarah and her friends are starting to get to the city center.

"Sarah, where are we going? The city center is vast, Sarah. Where should we go first to find Sena?" ask one of Sarah's friends who was driving Sarah's car

"Old library" Sarah told one of her friends
