Hansel and Steve arrive at Eleven Madison Park, Steve brings some files and a small note in his hand.
Eleven Madison Park is an American restaurant located at 11 Madison Avenue, on East 24th Street, in the Flatiron District of Manhattan. In entertaining Clients, Hansel is indeed a very thorough person, he can know how the nature of each client, and what his preferences are. So that Hans could easily get a contract of cooperation with each of his clients.
Steve points Hansel's way to the table he ordered.

Shortly after that the waiter resigned from Hansel's desk, he came back with 2 glasses of Roy Rongers, a drink that Hansel liked.
He sipped his drink, enjoyed it slowly.
A servant approached the table where Hans was sitting. The servant took two people with him. He is an American-based property entrepreneur Cristian Chole who came with his personal assistant.
"Good afteron Mr. Hansel....
(good afternoon Mr. Hansel.)". A westernized-faced man was standing before Hansel and stretched out his hand to shake his hand.
"oooh.good after Mr. Cristian.... ". Hansel stood up to greet the outstretched hand of his recently arrived business client.
"sit down please...
(please sit..)". Steve invited to sit down with Cristian and Elly, a beautiful and sexy woman who became a personal assistant as well as Cristian's secretary.
"i'am sorry, i'am late....
(excuse me, I'm late.)". Cristian apologized to Hans for his delay which came beyond the promised time. Although it is only ten minutes late, but for entrepreneurs it is a big thing. Because for them "Time is money".

"how about we talk about our cooperation in apartment construction projects....".

Quickly the servants handed her the menu book. Hans allows Cristian and Elly to choose their food menu, as well as Hansel and Steve who also order their favorite menu.
Two waiters who were serving at Hans' desk left Hans' desk to prepare the food they had ordered.
