16. The Heart of John Bruno

The dinner held by Bruno's family was over a few days ago. But those memories are for John Bruno, as they were just a few minutes ago. He always imagined Shandra's face and often smiled to himself.

"Excuse me sir! The great master wants to talk to you in your study." A servant told John.

John was startled by the waiter who came suddenly and almost scolded him. He himself has been dreaming since. The waiter had already stood before him about ten minutes ago without him noticing. Finally the waiter ventured to speak because he saw John closing his eyes while shuffling his hair.

"OK! Tell dady I'll be here soon!" Said John then went into the bathroom to take a shower and change his clothes.

John came home from work an hour ago. He sat in the reading room doing nothing. He has not changed his clothes. Because he thought too much about Shandra, he arrived like a dazed person.

Twenty minutes later, John, who had finished his bath and changed his clothes, looked fresh. His looks are indescribable. He immediately met his dady in his study.

After entering he greeted his dady then sat down beside the dady.

"What did Dady call me?" John asked as he sat down and Dady said nothing.

"Dady just wants to talk to you. Dady kangen mami." Said Mr. Alaric in a soft tone.

Mr. Alaric loved his wife so much that he never thought of getting married. When Bannet Alaric died, John was only eleven years old. John is now twenty-five years old. Not a short time to be able to hold back. But he prefers not to marry because of his love for his wife

"Hmmm! John also misses mom. John wants to get a good and beautiful wife like mommy." John really said.

"That's what dady expected, son! Dady also wants you to get married soon, so there's a woman with us in this house. Although your aunt comes here every week, but for dady it would be even more perfect if you soon have a wife."

"If dady doesn't mind, John wants to get married." John really said.

"Do you have a boyfriend?" Asked Mr Alaric enthusiastically because all this time he had never heard or seen his son walk with a woman.

"Not yet dady. That's why dady helped me find. Who knew there was a dady best friend who had a beautiful daughter." Said John fishing his dady because he wanted to ask dady to talk to mister Andre to propose to Shandra

"Hmmm. Dady must have found. Dady also wants to hold a grandchild." Mr. Andre said with a smile as he imagined fondling grandchildren.

Imagine. Wife candidates just do not have but have imagined will fondle grandchildren.

"But I only fell in love with Shandra, the grandson of Mr. Andre. She really is a special woman. And all this time, John's never been interested in any girl. However, when I saw Shandra, I felt like I had found a woman who matched my type." John said solemnly to convince his father.

"Why should winning a new fight be able to get his granddaughter, dad? John Bruno asked in astonishment and shock at what his dady had just described.

"Have you forgotten that Mr. Andre is the founder of the biggest untouchable mafia? I'm sure Mr. Wilson's son also continues what Mr. Andre has built. And I saw that Shandra was also leading a mafia group. Either here or in Indonesia before he got here." Mr. Alaric explained everything to his son.

"Where does Dady know that Shandra was once the head of the mafia?" John asked in astonishment.

But Alaric Bruno did not tell John that Mr. Alaric chose to stop when his wife died. He did not want John to fall, and Mr. Andre understood that and let Mr. Alaric stop

"Dady saw from the way he walked, stared, and the way he spoke. The look in his eyes showed the look in the eyes of a murderer.
