Chapter 50. Complicated! well, then everything's complicated.

“Wah! Miss Graciella! Howareyou? you're so beautiful tonight!” stevan says he can't believe he saw Graciella at Xavier's house. It seemed like her friend was really serious about this woman to the point of taking her to her private home.

“Eh? Inspector General Stevan, isn't it?” graciella asked, trying to trace her memory of the man with the characteristic smile. Without wearing his dinner clothes, he was a little difficult to spot.

“Yes! I'm surprised you still remember me, how are you?” stevan asked very kindly. He even immediately headed towards Graciella's place while opening both of his hands as if he wanted to hug Graciella from afar. Graciella felt that if she continued to sit it was disrespectful. He slowly stood up.  Seeing the troubled Graciella standing up. Stevan just scrunched his forehead. “What's wrong with you Miss Graciella?”

“Oh, just a small accident,” said Graciella smiling at the man now standing in front of her. Still with his attitude that opened his hands wide.

“You should be more careful, miss," Stevan raised one corner of his lips higher than the other.

“Yes. Thank you," said Graciella with her sweet, fluffy smile. Stevan says it's adorable.

“Ehem! Already arrived?!” suddenly, a heavy voice sounded. Of course, it immediately made Stevan and Graciella turn their eyes to the origin of the sound. Xavier was already standing with his left hand inserted into his long cargo pants. He also only uses a light gray fit body plain shirt. All of it shows the curves of his body that has been covered. Graciella slightly raised her eyebrows. If Laura were here she would have fainted by Xavier's body.

“Yes. I just came. There's food, I'm hungry!” stevan said that made Graciella and Xavier frown at this man. An inspector general of the police came just for food? “Nona Graciella, come on, accompany me to eat!” rayu Stevan with his friendly smile.

Xavier walks over to Stevan, who is already looking forward to teasing Graciella. He flung his hand around Stevan's neck and immediately pulled her away from Graciella. “You can eat with me.”

“Ah! no exclamation, you're always quiet!” stevan said he defended himself from holding his body to be pulled by Xavier until there was a small struggle between them like a child defending each other's position. Graciella just frowned. “Come Miss ... Eat with us.”

“Sorry, but I just had dinner," Graciella said subtly.

“Yah!” said Stevan who had defended himself so as not to be dragged by Xavier became resigned. Seeing this friend of his resigned Xavier finally released the link on Stevan's neck.

“Come, just accompany us to eat," said Xavier who instead asked Graciella to accompany him and Stevan eat. Why do you have to wrestle first if he finally wants Graciella to accompany them to eat?

“Yes! Come on Miss Graciella, I'll lead you there, "Stevan said back in spirit. Looking at Stevan's behavior, who would have thought he had a high-ranking officer position in the police force.

“You stepped on my body first if you wanted to lead it," Xavier said pulling Stevan's collar from behind so Stevan relentlessly followed Xavier, he only roared the horse when Graciella saw them, they're acting out, Graciella thought. “Rin, help Miss to walk to the dining room.”

“Good sir," said Rin, the waiter who greeted Graciella.

“You know, I'm dizzy!” stevan said after he finished a large bowl of food portions provided by Xavier. “Because of that I need a lot of food.”

“Not that you used to love to eat. Don't eat too much, later your stomach will be distended,” said Xavier cut the apple he just peeled. Put it on a small plate then slide it right in front of Graciella who is sitting next to her. Graceilla frowned. Stevan only looked at the two people in front of him.

“Eat,” said Xavier glanced at Graciella. Xavier's anger was gone.

“Which one am I?” stevan asked a little jealous. Graciella was given an apple why didn't she?

“You have hands, right? peel yourself,” said Xavier always ketus with this best friend.

“Why do you always say sweet with Graciella but not to me?” stevan asked who immediately picked up the apple and bit it without peeling it, but the glance was deathly towards Xavier. Graciella just smiled a little look at the behavior of Stevan, why so similar to Laura?

“Are you not wrong? it would be disgusting if I were being sweet to you" Xavier said.

"Don't test myself when I'm holding a knife, Stevan!" Xavier warned with his threatening aura.

"Haha! how can you like this guy. He doesn't even have a sense of humor!" stevan.

Hearing Stevan's words made Graciella suddenly feel the heat on her cheek. Wh why? did he blush just because Stevan asked that he liked Xavier?

"Then what do you want to say to ask me to come?" stevan asked seriously.

Xavier looked towards Graciella who had just finished chewing the last piece of her apple. Graciella frowned as Xavier and Stevan stared at her.

"It's night, rest," softly Xavier's voice on Graciella. Stevan raised a little bit of his eyes. True said people, as cold as anyone but if he had met the right person, he would be able to change it. "Rin, take Miss Greciella to her room."

Graciella who felt subtly expelled just nodded. He didn't want to listen to their conversation. It could be about state secrets. He does not want to be accused of being a traitor if the data is leaked. He immediately stood up and walked slowly aided by Rin.

"What's wrong?" stevan asked after they also moved into Xavier's study.

Xavier wiggled his jaw slightly and looked seriously at his best friend.

"I want you to help me investigate the relationship between Adrean Han and Sarah Wu. Fredy found out they had a relationship, but he couldn't investigate further. Didn't you have a relationship with Sarah?" Xavier.

"Adrean Han? how can you relate to a guy like that?" Stevan scrunched his forehead. Although in front of the man had a good reputation, but it was just camouflage. He's a guy who likes to be surrounded by many women and justify all means just to get his wish.

"He's Graciella's husband" Xavier said, reluctantly admitting. It felt like there was a hot air that immediately ambushed him.

"What's? so then! Graciella is Adrean Han's wife? you certain? what then? oh no! how could you? Xavier's! I know you don't like Devina! but there are many other women you can choose to fall in love with. I know Graciella is beautiful, she's smart too, and I'm sure you can even get a lot prettier and smarter than her, but! is she Adrean Han's wife? you know how powerful his family is, don't you?" Stevan has to admit he was deeply shocked by Xavier's remarks. How could Xavier fall in love with a married woman.

"Xavier, from childhood I know you're someone who likes challenges, but that doesn't mean you have to challenge yourself in every way! especially about the feelings and households of others!" Stevan felt he needed to resuscitate this friend of his. Xavier just silently looked up at Stevan who was excited.

"She's the woman I slept with three years ago" Xavier said flatly.

Stevan's eyes grew. "What?"

If so, it's complicated. It was all really complicated, thought Stevan holding his head which suddenly felt full.
