20. First Job as Secretary

After yesterday Aina went to her big boss, she tidied up all the files on her desk to bring to the CEO's office. Before heading to the CEO's room, Aina went to Andi's pack room first to talk about her duties before office hours started to get busy.

He waited on the sofa while opening the proposal file that was given yesterday. He deliberately came faster in order to have longer discussions with Pak Andi.

Ten minutes passed, Mr. Andi finally came. He went straight into her room and found Aina examining the file in her hand. Closer to Aina who was busy with her work.

"Aina, what are you?" ask Mr. Andi wonder.

"I'm waiting for Mr. Andi" he replied.

"What's up?" ask Mr. Andi again.

"I want to talk about yesterday's assignment, sir. I was confused." said Aina.

"Yes, how else, Ai. The boss ordered it that way. I am also more confused. Who will replace you. You've been good at working in the financial sector, it's a pity that your knowledge is not developed here" said Mr. Andi.

"Again Vishnu why not look for another sir?" ask Aina.

"Well, there it is. Mr. Vishnu said he wanted to find the perfect one, he said he wanted to meet an important client tomorrow. I don't know either, but he said you still work here too Ai. Aren't you feeling bothered later?" ask Andi.

"That's why my job has increased. Didn't Mr. Andi tell Mr. Vishnu that the target is finished one more week?" ask Aina.

"I've said, Ai.But still want you to be his secretary, even you can double his duties" said Mr. Andi added confused Aina.

"So I'm now in the CEO's office sir?" ask Aina.

He went into his room and took the files that he would be working on tonight. And tonight he's going overtime, his plan is to call his father and tell his mother about his job.

"You take it easy, my job is still to do. I did not leave it to you or the Saints." he replied who knew the concerns of Citra.

"Such a boy, you did it in the CEO's office. You have to play with Vishnu sir?" tanya Citra is cynical and suspicious.

Aina just let out a long sigh, she was lazy to respond to that unreasonable chatter. He left Citra still curious, after everything he needed was taken. Then he took the elevator to his new boss's room now.

Arriving at his room, Aina found that Vishnu was already standing at the door, she looked at Aina with annoyance. Aina looked at the watch in her hand, it was still seven more than five minutes but Mr. Vishnu was waiting for her with a less pleasant gaze.

The first day of being secretary to Mr. Vishnu just like in the police officer's interrogation, a little tense. Especially so, even going back would be difficult. Just face it, thought Aina. He shut up and ate Vishnu.

"Good morning, Vishnu." greeted Aina with a sweet smile, pretending not to realize her mistake.

Vishnu had already cut it by giving the task of making a new proposal. He handed over the files that Aina would do in her first assignment.

"Create a new proposal and it should be completed today as well" said Vishnu still his cold expression.

"What proposal sir?" aina asked confusedly.

"The proposal proposal for cooperation with PT Tanaka Shi, and later in the afternoon must be completed. Before lunch hour should have been handed over to me, got it?!" said.

Then Vishnu continued his work. Before long the door opened, he did not see who was coming. Riyan entered and was astonished by Vishnu's words.

"Just keep the coffee in front" he said without seeing the slightest hint of anyone coming.

"Hey, you're seriously working. Until I don't see who's coming" said Riyan, Vishnu raised his head.

"Hey, I just saw that the CEO of Media Karya Hutama is busy working and does not care about his best friend" said Riyan strangely.

The one he spoke to winked his shoulders and resumed his duties. Riyan shook his head while smiling knots. He sat on the couch and played with his cell phone. I heard the door knocking from outside.

Tok tok tok tok

"Lake in."

Then the door opened and Aina came in with a cup of coffee. He put his coffee on Vishnu's table.

"The coffee is sir" said Aina.

"Yes, thank you."

Riyan looked at Aina from the door to the table of Vishnu, then Aina left, but before reaching the door Aina was called by Riyan.

"Mm, can you make another coffee?" ask Riyan.

Aina turned her head and nodded her head, she came out and closed the door. Ryan was happy this morning that someone made him some coffee.

"Lo don't ya mode" Vishnu warned.

"Who is the mode? I'm from home not yet coffee." replied Riyan.She sat on the sofa still playing her cell phone.

Before long, the door opened. Aina came in with a coffee order for Riyan. He placed it on the guest table in front of Riyan. Riyan smiled happily, then looked at Aina.

"Sorry sir, I don't know the sugar. So if it's less sweet, please understand" said Aina.

"Ngga anything. I like bitter coffee" said Riyan.

"I'm sorry, then."

Aina was typing the task given by Mr. Vishnu. Five sheets of proposals that he made is almost complete, then he just fix and re-edit the wrong words and language and less appropriate to write.

After finishing checking, then Aina print and then in the potocopy. Then he handed it to Vishnu sir. Aina was about to knock on the door, but the door opened and Riyan came out with a peck at the door looking at Aina.

"Excuse me sir, I want to hand over the file to Vishnu sir" said Aina disperse Riyan who was silent sculpting.

"Oh, yes just go in Aina. It's also lunchtime" said Riyan.

"Yes sir, so I want to leave my duties to Mr. Vishnu, so that I can have lunch" said Aina.

"How about we have lunch together, like yesterday downstairs." Riyan asked expectantly.

"Let's see the results of the review from Mr. Wisnu first, if the file is okay and no one should be repaired, can have lunch together" said Aina with a smile.

"Yes, I'm coming in again. Wait for you to finish the review. Then we go to lunch" said Riyan.

Then Riyan entered first, then followed by Aina. Vishnu was surprised, because his best friend was back again and he saw behind Riyan there was Aina while carrying a map in her hand.

"This is the proposal you asked for" Aina said, handing over the blue map.

Vishnu received the map and opened it and checked it one by one. His head was bearded, a sign he liked Aina's work.

"Good, this fits my mind. But the sheet on the back will be repaired well. You see, and that is not the right funds that are submitted. Only a little is fixed." said Vishnu.

Then he closed the map and handed it to Aina again. Riyan watched Vishnu hand over the proposal to Aina.

"Can I do it after lunch sir?" aina said hesitantly.

"Of course, it's lunch time. Yes, you can go." replied Vishnu still checking his proposal

"Okay sir, thank you. Then excuse me."

Then Aina left and was followed by Riyan. Vishnu wondered why Riyan also came out after Aina finished the examination of the proposal.

"Eh, where are you going, Lo? How come back." asked Vishnu to Riyan.

"Well, what am I going to do here" said Ryan.

"Don't say yes Lo had lunch with my secretary" said Wisnu sewot.

"Why? Aina did nothing at lunch together. Don't wait, I won't hunt down the time, I'll go first. By the boss" said Riyan mengeledeka Vishnu.

Then Riyan came out and followed behind Aina. Aina who looked at her superior, so it was not good. He hurried his way in fear of being summoned again.
