Marco listened to all Kendrick's orders carefully.

"Mobile." Say Kendrik with his palm facing up.

Marco gives Kendrick his phone, presses Noela's contact number and then presses OK.

Mobile phone line directly connected. A moment later a sweet sounding voice sounded.

"Your lady is fine. Just a wound on the hand and it's been sewn." Speak to Noela softly.

"Good, is he conscious? Let me talk to him."

"Hmmm that's the problem. He hasn't been conscious until now."

"What's that bad?"

"The matter is still in the care of other doctors."

"Alright Noe, I say thank you. I'll see him there."

Kendrick ended the phone call. Squeeze the phone in annoyance.

"Boss, you better not go there. For the safety of Miss Eli. Surely the police won't be that easy to trust the boss's confession."

Over the course of a week, the police found new evidence against Kendrick, and even sent someone to arrest Kendrick. All are coincidences. Money guarantee means nothing. This news was carried to Matheo's ears.

Matheo kicked down the table in front of him. Matheo immediately left Kendrick's small office, heading to the police station where Kendrick was detained.

Time went fast for almost two weeks Kendrick was held. Matheo's efforts to seek legal help met with many difficulties, even Matheo began to suspect someone was pressuring the police force so that Kendrick could be punished severely.
