"Sweet child" Harris said smilingly made Nindy feel ambiguous at her words.
Nindy then looked at him while asking "I mean? sweet kid?" asked Nindy smiling not understanding
Harris smiled and shook his head and walked to the bookcase next to him
"What does Mr Harris mean?" asked Nindy again with a small laugh following Harris
"Can we just call each other names if it's off campus like this?"
Instead of answering Nindy's question, Harris instead conveyed his request to Nindy but in a slow way because Harris was afraid that the first Nindy he knew first returned to his nature as before
"Reason?" asked Nindy after thinking for a moment
"There is no special reason Miss Nindy, it's just that I want to be more familiar with Ms. Nindy, can be good friends with Ms. Nindy and also more comfortable it feels like that" harris replied with a face full of hope, I don't know but he really wanted to be like that with Nindy
"Well if Mr. Harris wants to" said Nindy nodding his head. It's just being friends, maybe it's more convenient if it's like that, Nindy thought
"Seriously..Nindy?" harris asked with a half-doubtful face mixed with delight
"Yes.ekhmm Harris" replied Nindy looking down embarrassed to make Harris smile anxious to see him, Nindy was soon passed from there for fear of looking wrong in front of Harris
Harris also followed Nindy because she felt so happy that after some time she was able to be soft with him, considering how firm and straightforward Nindy was in the beginning.
"Nindy." call Harris when Nindy's picking her book
"What's wrong?" nindy turned to Harris
Nindy again chose the book as well as Harris who chose the book beside Nindy, not long after that Harris smiled when he saw Nindy who was standing next to him, I don't know why but Harris is happy that Nindy is so close to him at the moment.
"Nindy.." call Harris again, it feels so good to say that name
"What's Harris?" nindy asked a little annoyed now especially when Harris only responded with a smile and shook his head again
Not getting an answer from Harris, Nindy resumed her activities but with stifled emotions, she flipped through the pages of her book by occasionally exhaling her breath trying to control her emotions.
"Nindy.." Not long after that Harris called him back and successfully knocked down Nindy's patience
"What's going on Harris? wh why? huh uh?" nindy asked in annoyance and answered him in an elevated voice
"Are you angry?" harris was a little surprised
"I'm not angry, just uncomfortable and upset just called on for no reason" Nindy said with an annoyed look
"I'm sorry, I'm just glad to be like this, calling your name more familiarly and standing next to you. Though I guess this will never happen" explained Harris who made Nindy's mood slightly change, is it possible that he was too hard all this time? figured
"Have it, I'm the one who's sorry, maybe I'm the one who's too sensitive" said Nindy feeling a little guilty for yelling at Harris who just wants to be good friends with her.
"It turns out that this girl is soft-hearted, her hard nature is only visible from the outside" inner Harris was so happy to see the other side of Nindy again today, a good girl with a lot of understanding on her.
"Thank you Nindy for today" Harris said, looking at Nindy with a deep gaze, looking back at her and nodding her head with a smile.
